I have a question, I designed an interface that I really like, however every time I re-log back into the game it’s says “unable to load interface” and I have no go into the options and load the want I want. It’s somthing I’m willing to do since I only have to do it once I’ve started up the game but having to do it every time is a little annoying.

Great tips. I learned stuff that I did not know before. One thing I wanted to point out. You never went into Conquest Points. If you buy all the expansion on a stronghold, it gives you a 25% boost for each fully expanded stronghold you own (maxes out at 150%). Conquest points give you regards for 100k every week and if you are in a guild, it goes towards their conquest goal which gives you more free stuff. And also, the daily login rewards are also nice.

For those who want a better button for the walking feature more handy. I tend to switch the button for walking with Z and then The Walking tab for what Z used to do. It’s right next to the WASD keys and readily accessible. But that’s just my fix. You can make your walk key to any button you choose with keybindings .

105 tips: did you know if you have a previous toon/ character you have on with a current keybind you can go to the hotbar and click the tiny plus symbol icon. That will pop up all your toon names with the previous setting for your ui and keybind. Like if I made my new toon green baldy and I want to use dar’krank trooper keybind setting I can select dar’krank and use his keybind on green bald as a ui setting.

@@Zentatasulop It shouldn't matter which launcher you use :) Did you find the LoadingScreens folder in your install directory? Right click game shortcut, open file location, in swtor folder > retailclient > LoadingScreens. Make sure you delete the old picture, then copy the new picture over and be sure you named it *LoadingScreen* exactly like that.

@@Zentatasulop After a quick test, it can done with the game open or closed on my PC. Okay, the next to thing to check is the file type of your new image. Right click your new image, go to properties, tell me if the filetype is *.jpeg* or if it's something else.

This is true. Both F2P and Preferred status will have a credit cap of *1 million credits.* However, you will still bump other stuff up such as quickbars and other minor unlocks.

Interface editor > Global scale meter :) - That's the only meter that will change the size of the Inventory / character screen.

Somehow i do okish on pyrotech but I cant figure out annihilation marauder at all... Any tips on it or is it really that hard to pull a decent dps on it. I have a bit laggy computer and, i am not very good at high apm anyway. I somehow feel I need more buttons on mara that are not situational like explosive fuel or thermal yield.

It's a fun spec to play, probably the hardest out of the 3 to master. However that's just because you need to apply / spread dots. As long as you don't waste your dots and spread them with maximum area, you'll be just fine. Any spec is viable in this game unless you're doing timed runs don't worry about that kind of thing.

That being said, I can't imagine anyone trying to install windows 7 these days and looking through windows update. Best to just download the file and check. You have to have a jedi shadow or sith assassin unlocked. Then you will be able to equip double blade. If you're another spec with a one handed you can select to learn a second spec through your missions tab.

There is a way, but it costs Cartel coins to do it, so it's easier and cheaper to just sub again... Sorry man

@@wesseagroves8567 When your sub runs out, all your credits (except one million) are put into what we call *escrow.* You can access the escrow that holds your excess credits by paying cartel coins, however, the cost of those items are stupid and NO ONE should pay it. Trust me... If you have lots of spare money then have at it, but otherwise please don't. Subbing again is your cheapest and best option. The moment you sub again, all your credits go back to the same place you had them at the start. So if you had 100 million, you'll have that back after logging in again. Try to either store your credits in the legacy bank, or you can hold them in your mailbox and claim when you need it :)

I had to do a flashpoint (first Malgus encounter) last night and it was such a cluster f*ck. Random bots yeeting me to my death, combat droid disappearing after the first death and a companion that can barely heal. It was so painful I almost want to stop playing SWTOR. It’s so infuriating. And when I finished there was no portal out or anything like wtf is this game. I go back to the general after an hour of pain and they’re like “good job, get some rest until we call you again” when I just did the entire thing by myself. I’ve come to dislike Sateele because she’s condescending but doesn’t do jack sh!t to help. Oh and I forgot to mention how the boss has a knock back every 10 seconds or constant stuns from the trash mobs. Who made this and thought it was fun?!

You don't need this video :) but it would certainly help you understand 100+ more things in about 30minutes. Just to help the people who don't have the patience / time to explore this stuff. This is an "MMO" though, so it does come with "complex" systems. I wouldn't say it's difficult though.

Nice guide. Just a quick reminder. The game engine is bad. And I mean really bad. The game has stutters on many places, like Taris, no matter what hardware you are playing at. It stuttered on my old i5 2600 and GTX 760 as well as on every PC after that up to my current Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 3070. There is nothing you can do about it.

Personally, I use a Ryzen 5800x & RX 6800xt. Can confirm stutters still happen even on that hardware. Indeed it is not escapeable. You can do some minor things like lock minimum clock speed which does help keep your FPS from dropping as hard in large areas (Like Alderaan). M.2 or SSD will 1000% improve conversation load times and instance load times! - There also some awesome files you can grab from GitHub which do a great job at stablising FPS in warzones. I've been using them for a few months now and I can't knock it.
