Bon Jovi, as a kid because of my a.d.d and dyslexia i was told i was going to be a vegetable and Id always struggled to fight it and if it wasnt for that song I heard "Its my life" when i was 9-10 years old it inspired me to go for what i wanted and even still inspires me today, when i wanna quit i remember its now or never! So thank you for that inspiration! I used to be in slow classes and i worked my way to honors classes and now im still fighting to live while im alive!

I've been a fan for the whole 40 yrs. Seen them live 7 times. Their music has been a part of my life all these yrs. I was really impressed with the documentary. They've always been pretty private with their personal lives, and usually always talked just about the music. It was cool to hear stories and BTS. Jon's voice issues were a focal point also. It's incredibly sad and made me cry. If you're a fan, watch this. Its good

I remember being in Washington D.C. as a 13yr old kid and experiencing Bon Jovi for the first time, it was my first concert. It was a love story that I have worshipped and a deep appreciation for each and everyone of these men that formed it.. I love how honest this band has been, I love that they were open and shared the struggles and I love that they have all given back SOOOOO much! Seriously this is not just a good recipe for a band and legacy, its a great recipe for living and life.. I will die being a fan of these guys.. AND......I have to say as a young 13 something yr old Jon Bon Jovi awakened me to the man in general..what a wonderful awakening it was, wayyyyyyyy back then! So much fun!

Awesome: I saw Bon Jovi and the band two times at Gillette Stadium. Both shows were so great. This goes back to 2013. The song "You want to make a memory" I sang to my wife Patti two days before she died from breast cancer back on March 17, 2009. I was listening to " Lost Highway" as I was visiting her driving back and forth to the hospital for 11 days. That CD was my first deep commitment to listening to the Jon Bon Jovi Band. Thank you to all the writers of the song and the band for giving me the song I needed to say goodbye. Can't wait to see this 4 part series. Especially since it was produced by Deepak Chopra's son. I worked for Deepak back in 1993, So, this has all the elements of my past coming together. Memories from the past that played a very important part of my life. I'm sure all of the fans are excited. "Legendary" and " Life is Limitless" are two of the most recent favorites. You want to make a memory, will obviously hit me in the deepest parts of my soul forever and ever. Always.......................... Great job by the interviewer.

Hi from Australia....I was lucky enough to win a competition to meet the 5 original members backstage when Slippery When Wet was NO 1 everywhere in the world! A saw 2 concerts in Detroit ,then I had to do a review of their show as every thing had been filmed and aired on ABC TV Australia. I still think it was a total Fluke. Was only 19 and in 1987. Richie was the sweetest guy.. but I think they all were pretty much overwhelmed by their fame, that Many "things" occurred. Which rock Stars dream of. Would love to have a quick meeting now 40 yrs later as now they are much more humble. I must say they were very nice guys but sadley it was a hello hi goodbye, such a lot happened in those 5mins. I think none of them were over 25. God it was fun. Definitely gave their all . Would love to have a fluke win again . I rember my brother saying they will be one hit wonders. LOL. Joke is definitely on him.😂 Thanks guys for your commitment to creating such great music and beautiful ballads. ❤

I think that it's not the same band since Alec and Richie left the band . The original 5 was Bon Jovi. They had a special carisma, and people's of every age loved them because their musik was changing all the time, pop, rock, shows, fast, guitarsolos, nice lyrics and all of it in one concert. Another secret is that they didn't change any members of the band. As a fan, you want to see your favorite musicians and the whole band. When Richie left everything charged, I'm not saying that P X is a bad guitar player , but it's not the same.. Richie shared and did almost everything, music, lyrics, arrangements, and he was aware of everything that happened on the scene, and if something happened he just fixed it by a nice solo. I think that Jon in one way or another, felt safe with Richie on his right side. I also think that Jon was a little jealous of Richies guitar solos as the people showed that they loved him, and by then Jons ego had grown a lot, and he started to change things that the people loved in Richies performances. I was wondering how he could last so long, but I think it was because he loved the fans and the music he was a co-writer in. But fact is that since he left the music is the same over and over again. It is so sad that things are going to finish like this., but when I think about it, he is doing the same thing with legendary,as he did with runaway when he first tried to be famous = using all the radio DJs. Only different is that now he is using all the events,,canals ,platforms, you name it and you can see him there. As I always say, this is only my own opinions and thoughts ....

16:59 Unless Jon is lying, I see no reason why Richie shouldn't come back. He said he wants to rejoin. If there's one thing I don't like about Richie, it's that he talks and talks, makes announcements and then nothing happens. He said his next solo album will be out in the fall of 2022 and nothing happened. Then he said the album would be out in spring 2023 and there's still no album. It's like, "Come on dude, show up or shut up". I understand that he wanted to spend time with his daughter when he left the band, but she's a grown ass woman now and ironically, for saying he wanted to do more of his own music, he hasn't really done much in 11 years.

Jon and Richie compliment each other very well. I believe Richie is an addict unfortunately, even though he may very well be sober right now, I hope he is, he has an addict personality. He wants things and says things but doesn’t have the will/personality like Jon does and can’t quite make it happen. I think Jon needs Richie not only for the writing, music and singing but I think also for his lighthearted personality and just their friendship in general.
