I really appreciate the way you show how the bones underneath affect the flesh on top, and how the foot you're drawing doesn't just exist in space but has weight and solidity. If the volume isn't working try lowering the volume on the youtube video (not your computer's) to about half and raising the volume on your computer.

Lightning Bolt Technique = Mind Blown. I doubt you self-made that method but still, pat yourself on the back. Just that alone made my anatomy more balanced. The circles and cylinders Lied to me!! That's not easy at all!! It makes everyone robotic!!

Do you have a suggestion for sketching/drawing the legs feet when they are up as in looking down at your feet and the beach in the background or up on a chair etc. Legs/feet crossed at ankles etc.
