Sydney Blue Mountains FINEST Motorcycle Adventure Riding Loop

After years of riding and exploring my local bushland, I have developed my very own self-proclaimed best motorcycle adventure riding loop that Australia's Sydney Blue Mountains has to offer.
This route has it all from scenic farm trails, awesome fire trails, easy to hard hill climbs, river crossings and lookouts plus much more.
This epic ride started with two motorbikes being a DRZ400e and a KTM 501, unfortunately the KTM was drowned during a river crossing and the DRZ400e had to finish the ride solo.

Thanks Lance for another awesome video, I knew it as soon as the National parks took over the state forest they would start putting gates & closing the tracks considering that’s the main track from the main camping ground to Black fellas hand gave, cars & bikes have been using that road ever since it was built even the mining companies using it to access there mini power stations though out bush. I’ve been riding though those trails for the last 30 plus years on road register bike plus camp a couple of times, it’s sad to see how the government are slowly limiting our access to land we admire & love to explore also educate our children on the dangers & respect the bush enjoying its beauty at the same time.

What a belter of a vid! That wash out Into the bush is a familiar occurrence for me 😂 I frequent alot of those areas on the enduro bike, that huts a great spot built by some top fella's, a mandatory stop in for me and the lads for a mid loop rest, some good fun to be had 🤟

Wow man what a ride. That first off I thought I saw a stump in the ferns and here goes a shoulder and some ribs in the first 5 minutes. I’d be buying a lotto ticket after that. Very lucky. But man those views and lookouts. We have views here in the high country but we don’t have the escarpments or cliffs, not like this. No doubt a great place to camp. Thanks for sharing the trip. Oh and adventure riding loop, no that’s a enduro loop, I wouldn’t take most “adventure” bikes near those hills ha ha. Also 2 for two on drowning ktm’s, might want to leave them home on the next one

Haha I know. These KTM riders are a crazy breed. Nah definitely an adventure ride. I’ve done it loaded up before. But much harder that’s for sure. You’re right though. The mountains here do have some top vantage points. There are so many of them to.

lol you were lucky i thought you were going in the creek for sure…the skid marks tell the tale. the back wheel turns tighter than the front so you can see where the front wheel starts to wash out. you went a fair way in the ferns!

I fill up at Mt Victoria and am good for the whole route. You can refill at Lithgow 3/4 through. About 130km.

Not to be a scaredy cat, the most venomous spider in the world, the Sydney funnel web blue mountains edition inhabit the branches of trees in those mountains. I could see them crawling up your back as you cleared those branches but then again, I can’t pick up a ball in the yard without kicking it over to check for spiders, funk you Rentokil for your psychologically damaging tv commercials, destroying a little boys sense of peace and fun whilst being in the spider infested and dangerous environment, of his own back yard.
