Sydney Metro M North West Line Train Announcement (Taylor's Version)

Inspired by ‪@WKX076‬. Recorded during the long Easter weekend on sets 09 and 10 between Tallawong and Chatswood. Only sets that have passed testing between Chatswood and Sydenham in preparation for the upcoming Metro extension (those new messages to be recorded upon opening) have this voice. The woman behind this reassuring voice is Taylor Owynns, who also provides the announcements for:
* Sydney Trains & NSW TrainLink
* B-Line buses [onboard only]
* Sydney Ferries
* Light Rail in NSW [Alstom Citadis 305 (Sydney) and CAF Urbos 100 (Sydney Inner West nos. 2125-2128, Parramatta and Newcastle); onboard only in Sydney]

These are all real - they debuted this year but not all sets have the new announcements. Currently, they can only be heard on sets 02, 09-11 and 14. You will have to watch my earlier videos to find out.

In addition, they are gradually replacing the announcements with these ones, in order to prepare for the upcoming Metro extension.

@@TheSearleFamily123 Interesting. I thought they would have just kept the older-style announcements for the new stations. I did like those better. They sounded cleaner and more authentic, whereas with these ones you can definitely tell they were recorded in sections like the rest of the train network. Thanks for the info.

@@therealsammyvee888 And plus, the first voice did not cover terminal station advisory or interchange options - it just said “Next station is...” and “This metro train will end at...”, while the second voice did not cover every single interchange option (she did not announce the Central Coast & Newcastle Line at Epping). This is what Taylor Owynns is fixing with these new announcements.
