It's been a long time since I've visited the QVB, such a beautiful building. I lived in Port Macquarie and often went to Sydney. Now I live on the Sunshine Coast and regularly visit Brisbane. Love your videos, I rarely comment, but there's not many of your videos I miss. Take care. 🌺

Greetings from Italy. It's always interesting to see pictures of Australia and reminisce. The price of coffee has certainly gone up since we left but the train from Syndey to Gosford still takes an hour and a half! Autumn on Lake Como is our favourite time of the year. The forests are turning golden, the tourists have all left allowing the locals to take back their villages and the lake to rest again. Life returns to normal until next year. Despite all the traditions and reputation we've found that coffee can be a bit hit and miss. We have our favourite places. If you're ever in the Sudtriol then we reckon Torrefazione Kuntrawant makes Italia's best! Of course you can't beat a home made stove top coffee. We are fortunate to be able to access organic raw A2 milk from grass fed cattle which graze in the Alps. And we have our favourite roasters from which we buy our coffee. It's a perfect Autumn day for one right now (with a touch of Grapa) ! bw Maria e Rowan

So lovely to hear from you and such lovely images of autumn life in your beautiful part of Italy! 🇮🇹 Yes prices here are crazy in comparison for everything and yes the trains are the same but the stations are much better than they were. I still prefer the Freccia Rossa any day! ♥️ Australia does have a huge coffee culture so in general coffee is very good but just costs a lot. We tend to make our own at home! We are looking forward to seeing how our renovations now speed forward over coming weeks … this is when the fun really begins with finishing touches. We can’t wait! @@rowandowland1391 yes Rowland, things have changed in the 6 months I was in Tuscany and young cities like Sydney, seem to be forever changing. Not always for the better unfortunately, but this time they did well! We have faith in the team we left in Italy and between local friends and our geometra, we get lots of updates and photos. Having done 14 projects now, I'm fairly "chilled" about most things. It's out of my hands, so I just focus on what I can do here and not on what I can't do there, for now. It's going to be insanely exciting to go back and open those doors again! Mamma mia hahaha! 🥰🤗🤩😂💖Ciao for now! 😘
