Used to be Firedoor but they took steak off their menu for some reason. Now its Woodcut - The Sirloin Bone-in Dry Aged 400g is a must! Request some hot English mustard to pair with it too. They also have this grilled raw beef dish that you roll up with seaweed and raddish, its really good!

Can’t find a good steakhouse in Sydney, but I cook my own at home how I want it. go to Victor Churchill for top quality dry age Wagyu and other types of steaks plus Iberico, Pate and sausages.

Another fun video - visiting nice places and a Korean meal at home. I agree that the Tomahawk steak once split 5 ways is not enough - in Houston it is a meal for one! Can I suggest that you visit Vaucluse House Cafe - easy parking and good food. The High Tea is amazing.

I thought your brother was drunk already here: 11:45. Korean BBQ is so good, the problem is I just never stop eating, It's somehow light. Even though I like coffee, I am not a Starbuck fan but there is one thing that I buy from them is their mugs. I have a collection for each place I visited. A few from USA, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, ... Their mugs are just cute. It's true that Sydney is a beautiful city, not too big and quite culturally diversified.

@@JaniceFung it was kind of similar to Providore, some things you cooked and other things were partially cooked and got reheated. The bread was made already and you heated in the oven, you cooked the pasta and then heated the sauces. It was nice! It’s a shame they stopped the merivale at home meals after lockdown, but I guess they don’t have the staff to do both that and run the restaurants…

Too bad the broccolini wasn't a hit. I actually thought it was "gai laan," Chinese broccoli, upon first glance. They look quite similar.
