Rest day March 31, 2022. With our beautiful trainer @Sydney being pregnant and not doing as much ab work, it seems to me, I did this one today. Going to times I hadn’t known about her yet to do those workouts. So grateful for this channel and all of her hard work and dedication.

I did this workout January 2022 on a Thursday Sydney rest day. What a workout I love it. Loved using the weights for almost all the moves and Sydney is just as awesome as ever. I swear she inspired me right at the right time. I was just about to take a break for a breather and she said come on we got this and I did it. Another amazing workout crushed it. Along with most of the other comments I strongly dislike abs😂 the burn always comes on so fast and it gets intense. I’m sweating horribly now! Thanks Sydney. This is Day 2 of my journey with you. I’ve done a few other workouts of yours previously but I heard you mention that you’re a daily uploader and I completely fell in love! A personal trainer right when I need them!! Lol. Another great abs workout, I did 30 mins of your abs and your 50 minute power Pilates with the weights before the abs so credits where it’s due ,I don’t give myself enough of it but starting too, I will do the full 40 mins another day and I loved it thank you Sydney ❤️

I was planning on crushing a core workout today, and for a reason I didn't tire myself looking for one, and for my extremely good luck, my favorite person, aka Sydney, updated a very challenging one for me to crush !!! One question for you, I have problem to do some ab and core workouts on the floor, but I had been tried to use bench and it works amaizing. Is it good and still efficiently to do ab and core on the bench? Of course some exercises you can do only at the floors but for most bench works perfectly. Thanks

I’m an extreme athlete and I was looking for a new core workout and I can’t help but notice that half way through the workouts start becoming more for your legs, I felt absolutely no burn in my abs whatsoever
