I absolutely love waking up and working out with you every day!! I usually have to workout after work because I start at 5am so with being off work right now I am able to wake up and work out right away in the morning. It is the best way to start my day!!!! Definitely a positive out of this change!

Hey Sydney and everyone whose new or Sydney squad! Just wanted to say today was day 4 in a row since I've found Sydney and these amazing work outs and I'm already seeing the scale go down! I'm 25 years old and I've put on I'd say 10-15 pounds in the last 10 months from new relationship syndrome!! My man of course says I still look amazing but I know that I can do better. I've battled with the mirror and body image issues since I was a young girl, I think a lot of us can relate. The point is, during these crazy times I've felt like there's no hope being trapped in the house, then I decided to look up some work out videos and found SYDNEY :D I'm having a blast doing these work outs, the perfect amount of challenge and am soo sweaty by then end. Its March 31st and I plan to do a work out from Sydney everyday and see what happens. I LOVEEE reading all the comments from you ladies. This is honestly the best thing thats happened to me. You have literally transformed my body! I cannot say enough good things about you and this community. I have been doing your videos for over a year now and the results I have seen are incredible! I had twins a year and a half ago and thought my body would never be the same, but because of you it is better than ever. You also taught me to appreciate everything my body does and has done for me. So proud of myself, I managed to do 12lbs and 15lbs for the majority of the workout and only had to use 10lbs for the feel of the first section of a set. So happy! My arms are shaking BUT a good shake. Thanks again, stay safe and healthy everyone. Much love!

These workouts are so fantastic. I only have 5 pound dumbbells at home, so whenever possible, I have been turning many of the strength moves into Pilates moves, thanks to Sydney’s prior Pilates-type workouts. Small movements under lots of tension, greater intensity without greater weight. We do what we can with what we have! Thanks, Sydney!

Sydney says her goal for us is to have fun and go hard. I did both! My favorite circuit (possibly of any workout ever) was the chest press leg drop/frog crunch/side kick jump rope. Such fun and such a good burn. Thanks a million Sydney! We crushed it 🤩💪

I love this workout. Since I have not been going to the gym, I found you on You Tube as I was looking for low impact but high intensity workouts. I’m 61, and while in good shape (even after a hip replacement) my body no longer responds to some movements!! I love that you give low impact alternatives while encouraging us.. I’ve shared your videos with some of my friends. Looking forward to your April workouts (please put low impact on those as well)

Loved this one! I also love that after a year of working out with you, I have learned how to trust myself, modify for MY body, and know how to move that is safest for MY joints & muscles. My fitness center finally had to close this week at my condo complex -I can’t find a dumbbell to purchase anywhere in Denver or online to me delivered before the end of May so I used my kettlebells I had, they are different weights so I had to modify some of the moves but got a good workout in. I thought this would help others think outside the box 😊. Stay well out there!
