I had to take a couple of seconds break during the second glute bridge hold and may have gone a little slower than the 2-0-2 count for the 1/2 bridges and full bridges but I powered through with my 40# weight on my hips. I can tell that I will feel this in a day or two but my husband has mentioned recently that my butt looks even better so if you keep up the great workouts Sydney/Dustin then I will keep up my energy and juju for you both and for all of those of us workout out with y'all around this big, beautiful globe!!!

Today, my husband and I are celebrating 20 years of marriage! I woke up and DID NOT WANT TO WORK OUT. I wasted 15 minutes procrastinating in front of the screen, waiting to push play… I told myself during the first 5 minutes of the workout that if I felt like stopping the video early it would be OK since today’s not my normal kind of day….. I did not quit. I did not push stop. I forged through it all and even challenged myself with heavier weights. `100% worth it! Now off to celebrate! Thank you for always keeping me motivated, Sydney!

Man that glute bridge hold for the last 30 seconds BURNED and I almost dropped bit when she said “come on last 30 seconds, we all feel the burn” I continued to hold and pushed through that burn. Loved the workout!!!

I started my weight loss journey back in May. My starting weight was 172.8 pounds. I didn't want a "quick fix" or to lose weight fast. I wanted to get strong, work on my form and feel good. I weighed in yesterday and I've lost 15 pounds. I'm no where near what I want to look like but I've gotten stronger and lost fat because of these workouts. I'm a stay at home mom that works from home so I always get my workouts done during my son's nap time. I love how quick these are but I finish them sweating. Thank you Sydney for being apart of my weight loss journey.

I am 66 years old and have been doing Sydney's workouts for 1 1/2 years. My daughter recommended her and boy am I glad she did. Today's workout felt so good! Of course, I have to modify many of her workouts for me because of my age but I didn't have to modify too much at all today. Thank you Sydney for keeping me fit and healthy!

Great workout! I have proximal hamstring tendon tears on both the left and right hip (tears are at the attachment point). It’s always very painful at the beginning of the workouts to stretch them out. I know that deep glute work helps strengthen the muscles around the tears and helps alleviate the pain a bit. So today's last set was super motivating to me. Thank you!
