I got my workout in, proudly! Had to get up at 3:30 am to take my son to a soccer tournament 4 hours away. Means I am at the fields all day. I was worried I was not going to be able to get it in due to work out format but then I saw no equipment required! Win! No excuses. So after we arrived, I got him squared away and then I moved my van to a remote parking spot, turned on the van and played the video out of the back of my van. I felt a little silly bc most ppl were staring but I got it in. I did have one lady say she wished she would have had her workout clothes so she could have joined me. Win-win!

Crushed this 3/25/23 been doing these workouts for 2 almost 3 years now I believe . I absolutely love these workouts , sometimes I get frustrated with some of the moves and stretches , I don’t have a flat stomach like Sydney does 🤣I’ve come along way and don’t plan on stopping! Stretching is like the crust on pizza... it's not like pineapple on pizza that's not for everyone, it's an essential part! :) I guess I keep thinking about pizza rather than ice cream! Thanks for another great workout Sydney! I keep coming back to this one. It's a great movement session for when I don't have a ton of energy, this workout is doable and brings me energy.

Fabulous as always, slight to long rest between rest sets so I added in another set, I love being able to adapt workouts to suite me! I love cardio xx 😘
