Today is my 41st Birthday, and I feel better in my 40's then I did in my 20's . It's all do to me stumbling over Sydney's workouts a year and half ago, I can't thank you enough Sydney you have changed me on the inside and out. Love from Philadelphia PA.

Happy birthday ! .. Philly in the house reppin that 215 lol ...I'm about to be 42 and I feel the same about feeling better now than in my 20s..she really has helped me change my body a lot. Not just how I look, but also I feel a huge difference in overall strength and cardio endurance. Happy birthday

@aditi basu Yes, I try to get it out of the way early-ish, before the day takes over Like now, while my friend showers and such, I workout, then have my shower time.

I got my workout in, proudly! Had to get up at 3:30 am to take my son to a soccer tournament 4 hours away. Means I am at the fields all day. I was worried I was not going to be able to get it in due to work out format but then I saw no equipment required! Win! No excuses. So after we arrived, I got him squared away and then I moved my van to a remote parking spot, turned on the van and played the video out of the back of my van. I felt a little silly bc most ppl were staring but I got it in. I did have one lady say she wished she would have had her workout clothes so she could have joined me. Win-win!

When I see “no equipment necessary” I know it’s going to be a tough one. This did not disappoint!!!! Loved the format. 15 seconds never felt so long!!!! ❤️

Looks like a burpee, smells like a burpee.... It’s really hard to do a “plank jack jumping jack” when you’re cracking up!!

I love that Sydney recognizes that not all of us have a ton of room to workout in. All you need is a mat-size area of space for a great workout.

Crushed this 3/25/23 been doing these workouts for 2 almost 3 years now I believe . I absolutely love these workouts , sometimes I get frustrated with some of the moves and stretches , I don’t have a flat stomach like Sydney does 🤣I’ve come along way and don’t plan on stopping! Thanks Sydney any suggestions for that issue would be fabulous!! ❤

Stretching is like the crust on pizza... it's not like pineapple on pizza that's not for everyone, it's an essential part! :) I guess I keep thinking about pizza rather than ice cream! Thanks for another great workout Sydney! I keep coming back to this one. It's a great movement session for when I don't have a ton of energy, this workout is doable and brings me energy.

Today is my 33rd birthday 🎉 I woke up at 615a (on a Saturday) and couldn't get back to sleep. So I figured what better way to celebrate myself than to get up and get a workout in! This one kicked my butt!

I was pushing this one off becauseof the 60 minutes! But wow - I really enjoyed it and it flew by. I loved the 15 seconds of work and 15 rest. Really feeling great. LOVE stretching as well.

THIS!!!! ...is what I've been missing in the workouts lately. I feel energized and like I crushed IT, instead of IT crushing ME...which is mostly how I've been feeling since summertime fine. I haven't been able to put my finger on what's changed. I've missed this feeling!! It feels like I could conquer another one. I'm going to start with conquering breakfast and then my day!! Sydney, I just love love love your programs. Discovered you about three months back and I’ve seen so much improvement in my strength levels, all thanks to you. I have a very unique request... I’m planning on pregnancy soon and would really appreciate if you can upload a few programs for pregnancy, especially first trimester. Most of the workouts out there are not as emotive as yours (yes, your workouts make me very emotionally involved, and I think that’s the reason I’m committed to you) Thank you thank you thank you so much for being there for me!

This workout was easier than I thought! I'm thinking it's because it was only 15 seconds of work. Thanks Sydney! wasn't feeling the best today and this cheered me up and I instantly started to feel more awake. Great workout for a Saturday! Great workout for traveling! Don't be intimidated by the 60 minutes! Todays was an easier one. Doesn't mean it wasn't amazing though!

My teenage daughter recommended these workouts at the beginning of the quarantine. I was previously doing OTF which I really enjoyed but thanks to these workouts, do not miss. Thank you for providing the whole regimen for free! I've been randomly doing your workouts then realized the importance of strength training. Fabulous as always, slight to long rest between rest sets so I added in another set, I love being able to adapt workouts to suite me! I love cardio xx 😘
