Yes! keep the color palette and face, but change up the fashion. It's also probably why this was challenging to do - after sims 2, the trends have changed a lot. I noticed this while playing sims 3 too, all of the outfits seem ugly to me now. Sims 4 didn't have the exact outfit Syd was looking for, but the cc creators are making a ton of y2k fashion sets!

Did you look in Athletic, as they have a Pink one shoulder Gym Outfit in Sims 2! In Sims 4 they have Gym pants in pink(they are flared too) or the Gym tights in bottoms accessories!(a selection of pinks!) LOL! You did a good job even if you could not find exactly the same for each of them!

sims 1 girlie is iconic for sure. ahw sims 2 to this day, so many good memories. My fav one. It was just fun and chaotic and simple enough. Sims 3 really complicated stuff in my opinion, starting with the amount of options in cas! god I just wanted to play, noooo I dont want to pick every color of this partern on the shoes ahahah and then sims 4 looks the best but I find it boring! I didn't play it as child, so the imagination is different
