James! Me personally I think when you for example go to Brendleton Bay use base game AND cats and dogs pack. When you go to Del Sol Valley use base game and Get Famous etc. because if people have those worlds they have those packs to use! Just my suggestion 😊

The Courtyard Lane neighbourhood really needs a refresh because the pancakes' new house is so different to what it used to look like that it doesn't fit with the rest of the houses anymore so the neighbourhood looks odd now plus you just did an Oasis Springs' neighbourhood.

I'd like to see the neighbourhood with the Caliente's next, I think. I do love the Spanish (?) style of those houses, and I think even just refreshing some of the colour swatches would work wonders. Plus they're all so dark

I guess I missed people complaining about “outdated houses” I love MCM, it should be more appreciated. I love building houses that take you back to the 60s and 70s. From the sunken living room, to the wallpaper, beds, patterns, colors. I love it. I love orange, brown, and green. The orangey brown paneling. I use the bowling pack, a lot for MCM builds. I get that you are doing basegame, just saying I’m obsessed with MCM, and channeling that era.

I cannot wait to see you fix those Oasis Springs starter homes in the Bedrock Strait neighborhood. Nookstone in particular! That house is so bad that when the game came out in 2014, I was so disappointed that I dropped playing Sims 4 and didn't come back for two years.

I agree we need lower side tables. It's annoying to shrink them because you have to fiddle with items so they don't look like they're floating. Can you do a hanging light in the dark corner by the bookcase? Maybe not because of the vaulted ceiling

Base game seriously needs an update with new couches, TV stands, beds,rugs, paintings/artworks, bookcases, , windows and doors, lamps and ceiling lights 🫤 the new kitchen set is exciting , but we need so much more for base game to be appealing and up to date instead of stuck in 2014 style

Love the build, the ONLY thing I would have changed is that one island piece that cuts into the flow as you walk to the living room. Going into custom island pieces and choosing an end piece would have been slightly smaller 😊

LOVING this series! Please do the willow creek neighborhood with the Creek Cabana. PLEASE! 🙏 And please don’t stop with base game! Once base game is done, please go through in order of world release and do those neighborhoods too??? Including Get to Work with Magnolia Promenade and building actual businesses to go in it. And interspersed, you could also build up some or all lots in Newcrest. Basically, make a James Turner save file!

I started playing in 2021, with a multitude of packs, so I never knew the struggle of building with only base game. It is quite eye opening to see just how limited the choices truly are when one doesn't own a full catalog. And, I realize it's been added onto since then. Oh you poor, poor souls. James is doing the Lord's work here! Props for upgrading these builds, and bringing them a little more life and a lot more style!

I love all of these redos! And love watching your decision making! My vote for the next neighborhood would be the one by the BFF house in Willow Springs. It is truly the saddest neighborhood in the whole game, but also some of the only places a new player can afford to live! Brand new players don’t know the cheats for money or the free real estate cheat either! Making those floor plans look reasonable and brighter inside would help so much!

Don't use the event stuff. They patched out the rewards working for accounts that didn't complete the event. Which means people are downloading lots with missing stuff even when the gallery says the lot is basegame only.
