Hiii I had back acne a bit and what I did was use body scrubs once a week and then put a toner mine is lavender water on a cotton pad and ask my mom or dad to help run it against my back and now my back has no scars or acne :)

@@ABEER-fx1th the best advice i can give you would prob be to be consistent. in my case, i started having acne not because i was too oily but rather bc i was too dry, so after i started putting lotion (on my back and chest) it got better. and it had to be everyday or else it would come back

I've had the worst chest acne since I was 14. Now I'm 20. I've been using The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution and now my chest is clear! It's only $13 on amazon. You have to use it everyday though. I just use it on a cotton pad once I get out of the shower. I've tried over twenty products throughout my teen years to get rid of my chest acne, and this is the only thing that has worked.

I just wanna say a tip that has helped me with my back acne *a lot* is using a anti-bacterial shower gel, I use the one from Johnson and it literally cleared my back acne in like a week Also make sure you shampoo and condition your hair *before* using the shower gellll Hope this helpes:)

tip for blush.. dont put it on your contour line or above the contour line put it on your cheekbones .. if you put it too low youre gonna make yourself look older than you really are so..it's a tip from my sister since shes a beautician and this helped me alot :)

Start using adapalene or some sort of retnoid for your back. If you’re going to use adapalene then start with the over the counter la roche posay 0.1 strength adapalene and if you want to use a prescription retnoid then check up with your dermatologist.

Avoiding having your hair touch your bare back, freshly washed hair and dirty hair helps a lot with back acne. The conditioner has a tendency to clog pores and I notice if I have dirty hair for too long I break out right at the hair line on my face
