Do 45lbs Olympic plates fit and would this be OK on a wooden floor with rubber mats and about 400lbs of weight?

My 45lbs Olympic bumper plates fit just fine on it. I don’t see any concerns with placing it on a thick rubber mat (stall mat) on a wooden floor. The weight capacity indicates 350lbs. Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear this. Did you try adjusting the pulleys to increase the tension of the cables?
@ChrisGuy-i8tКүн бұрын
@ the only adjustment I see is the cables on the back side of the chest/fly towers with the threaded bolt. Otherwise there’s no real adjustment. I see yours are all the way into the bracket in this video which is how mine are. First I thought I tightened the pulleys too much. With no weight, the lat/row won’t even lower itself

@@TheHomeGymExperience Hi what do you mean the arms are anchored to the wall? I can't see what you're talking about in the video. The red ones?
@TheHomeGymExperience4 ай бұрын
@@mariopendragon5373 sorry about that, I misunderstood the question and thought the questing was referencing a different type of equipment. For the Cable Crossover machine, it’s designed to hold center gravity - also by adding weight to the pulley it will keep the rack from tinting over as well. Otherwise, you can anchor it to the ground located behind the pulley weights.

Hello. I just got this on Amazon Canada. Took 2 days to install.. I'd say 8 hours for me as I was alone. I went really slow on the cable installation part, i definitely did everything right and checked back to your video and my cables look to be installed correctly. I tightened all the bolts well towards the end. The cables are so stiff on the concentric and have absolutely no tension on the negative. Not smooth at all. I applied grease to every single pulley and every cable as much as I could, still not smooth. I increased the weight to see if that would apply more tension on the negative, helped very slightly but the movement is not smooth at all. Please comment. Thanks. I have contacted customer support. @syedeefitness

There are a couple of options if the rack is moving around when in use. 1) add weight plates on the weight storage pins located on the center of the rack 2) anchor the rack to the ground (located behind the pulley weight pegs. Hope this helps
@naz2024-r6r4 ай бұрын
@@TheHomeGymExperience yes you are correct, i fixed this issue on certain pulleys that were noisy and had to adjust the width of the brackets (literally yank at the metal part until they are far apart enough so they don't make contact with the nylon pulley). The manual says you'll need grease but does not specify where to apply it or how often...i understand it is a bit of common sense.

How does this work on lighter weight? My experience from these value machines is they tend to get stuck coming down if the weight isn’t heavy enough.
