Fortunately for Jean Grey fans, X-Men: Evolution fans gave Jean the respect that Saban's X-Men didn't give her. Now, more X-Men fans are starting to give X-Men: Evolution the respect that they didn't should have shown it all along. Stan's forgetting about Jean's name and abilities sadly doesn't surprise me. For someone who took so much from "Children of the Atom" (the original book about a boarding school where gifted children honed their supernatural abilities) by Wilmar Shiras. Taking so much from one of the most influential women in sci-fi (and pop culture in general), why wouldn't a female X-Man regularly slip the mind of Stan?
