Juana Rodriguez I wondered that too at first, which would be cute as heck But no, she was her normal self but more relaxed, which makes sense after traveling, living out of a backpack, for five months through the villages of the Amazon and other places in Brazil. A ton of new experience, observing the beauty of community and through a lens that sees the best of humanity. You can see how normal it is at 28:15, when Kat loses it: seeing the moderator who must have had the look of “where did this come from and where are we going?” while Kat knows that it’s just the way the conversation goes when they’re together.

I pretty much watch this panel once a week. There's so much to unpack here. First of all, Dom is divine...she's so free and open, and whether that's related to cannabis or exhaustion, I honestly couldn't care less, but I can say that I absolutely adore everything that she says and does here. Actually, this panel made me love Dom a wee bit more than I do Kat. She's just so lovely, open, and sweet. Claire might've been a bit taken aback or surprised by her stream of consciousness conversation, but it was absolutely worth it. I really don't think there's anyone quite like Dominque Provost-Chalkley in this world. What I love about Kat is her unwavering support--yeah, she has that moment where she breaks a bit because she realizes that Dom is a special, special creature that not everyone "gets" at the first pass, but besides that, Kat's just there with her 100%. They DO have an unspoken dialogue. Lovely to watch. I admire them both profusely. And honestly, isn't it great that there's a TV show with 3 bad ass female leads, two of which are in a committed relationship with each other onscreen, and all of which get along like bffs offscreen? We, the fans, are so so lucky!

More than the fans nicole’s strong character impacted kat’s life more than anyone for sure. I felt how she said that she never thought she would get the role... you see how important these represention are in mainstream media. It encourage people to be more than what they can be. i always think that the positivity wynonna earp has shared to the world is underrated and im hoping it will be appreciated more in the future even the show is long gone. immortalizing creators and collaborators

yeah, i agree. i myself am very much like dom, so i would guess she's pretty jittery/anxious too. she also gets in her head a lot and kat's just this calming presence for her, to keep her grounded and not zone out too much. so yeah, not "high" per say. and just wanna bring up her constant snacking, maybe it's high metabolism that she needs to feed and she's probably also getting excess energy from that so it seem like she's behaving oddly but dom's basically like this all the time, at other cons too. but she's lovely, a joyful person who really brightens up the whole room! nothing to be too concerned about i think.

I heard dom say she's dyslexic so maybe that's 1 of the reason why she her thoughts are like all over the place I'm dyslexic and this is how i behave it's like my thoughts are scattered and i mess some words up and I'm confused all the time and especially when I'm asked like a very wordly question i get confused cause its too much words and my brain takes a longer time to process it so a lot of times my answers are filled with ums and long pauses or i ask the question again like dom i have to pause and take a deep breath and think before i speak so that it comes out correctly and not jumbled and i see alot of that in dom and i hate telling stories because I take a longer time to tell it much like dom

pebbles25luv In another comment thread I mentioned that Don had just come from a five month trip backpacking through the Amazon and other points in Brazil. Although she is still following whatever path her mind takes her in, which is just wonderfully fun to follow, she actually seems more relaxed on the stage. And yes, the calming influence of Kat is beautiful to see; she seems like the friend we’d all like to have.

I was more so fascinated that Dom even cared about where Kat's ring was. Kat still had her wedding band on her left ring finger but her engagement ring was on her right ring finger. Just a weird question to ask.
