Apparently the whole voice ID is pointless and its no admisible in court, for whatever reason cops are not trying to get warrants on that which seems kinda bs, I think the admins should crack down and tell them to chill when it comes to voice ID since its pointless anyway.

Didn't the same exact situation happen like a month prior to this with the banks (plans not really working, cops going too hard) and it was resolved? And flippy even said that he has "streaks" with banks and getting away. I think the nopixel admins just need better, obvious and fair rules for cops and robbers roleplay to fix the issue. Actually it might not even be an issue, it makes sense that if banks kept getting robbed cops would start cracking down until the situation cools off so maybe when robbers can't handle the heat in Los Santos Nopixel they should just lay low. I do agree that Voice ID without facial confirmation is BS though.

Does anyone know why Yuno is under investigation? He rarely get caught robbing banks and nothing he owns can’t be afforded from working 5 jobs. The only place in my personal opinion that raise concerns is his bank record but cops shouldn’t be able to check without a reasonable cause. Rumors regarding him as a hacker shouldn’t be enough evidence to put an open investigation on him in my opinion.If anyone knows please share.

Officer Lenny I think, ID'ed him by voice while Yuno was on the phone. Which should not have been possible unless he was extremely close, even then Lenny doesn't know Yuno enough to do that. ( Wrangler also wants to raid Yuno, Riley found out from her Lawyer ) It's just OOC knowledge being forced on RP. The Cop character had rarely communicated with the Criminal character Yuno, if at all. The only Cop character that should be able to do a voice recognition RP wise on the spot are Conan, Claire and Gary if allowed but even then, they can only RP it as obsession and put Yuno as personal investigation rather than the Department like Conan did.

Wrangler is played by Penta. Penta commonly uses meta knowledge this is known. The devs don’t care though. They obviously agree with Penta getting “feelings” about things. It’s also easy for Lenny to have mentioned that it sounded like Yuno and Wrangler to take that info too far too quick. Wrangler is the kind of cop who gets fired within his first year for going against the law repeatedly and getting the PD in trouble. But the devs don’t care if Penta breaks the law as a cop character. Even though the rules of the server say government officials MUST follow the law. Penta makes fun content but his choice to use meta knowledge or to push actions based on meta should be wrangled. Also the timing is fishy considering Penta robbed yuno on Mike Block just before deciding he wanted to raid Yuno. But idk. I didn’t watch all the footage, I just know this is a continual problem that Penta argues doesn’t matter because to him we’re just a bunch of children since we’re arguing semantics in an RP video game. I get that he can’t think he’s wrong, like most of us, but he fails to realize that there is a lot of fun ruined so he can have a little more. And that’s just kinda lame.

Oh, and I think this was the stream where X was ID’d by Wrangle while wearing all black, not speaking, in a stolen vehicle, and no one else had seen him. But Penta used meta to tell other cops it was X. Then some petty steamers purposefully stole his phone and lock picks so he would have a hard time to get back to the city. Pretty sure this was also the stream where Penta NVL’d (Not value life) when X had a gun to his head and immediately after stayed outside the apartment (which he wouldn’t have been able to do if he hadn’t power gamed). And Penta has no idea that he’s a drag on the fun of things because he ignores server rules. And the devs don’t know how to correct him. It seems he has difficulty with self reflection.
