The reason why someone would pick Sylas is to help his team follow up to ganks when an enemy has ult for roaming. For example Twisted Fate, Ryze, or Galio. I think thats why Sylas is picked VS you. Thats my opinion.

The problem is, that the MMR that you are in really doesn't credit counterpicks. Also, that's NA. There is really no point to make match-up videos. Waste of time mate.
