I'm not a mommy but I need this dvd! Syleena looks like me & I don't feel depressed before I do my first sit up looking at 100 pound little ms. fitness queen... Syleena is a real woman FOR real every real woman who want's to keep themselves healthy.....OH and I'm so glad Nicci have her way... I bet she wish she was on the dvd now...

Great job Seleena! Make your haters your motivators! I started out watching the show and loving all of you but I have to say that I am so disappointed in Nicki's behavior! I understand that there are going to be misunderstandings from time to time between women but the important thing is resolving the issues like mature women ESPECIALLY when you are a mother and setting an example for your children! Just keep moving forward, it'll all work out.
