Hello there Alex! Until today your Cruisym road tour video was my favourite, but I'm just watching your previous videos one after another, and this road trip has been even better! :) Slower speeds, beautiful environment, good basic food, great music...all in one place. This video is my answer if someone asks me why I chose a scooter. :) Thank you, thank you, thank you! Ride safe! :)

You are really pleasing me with these road trips. I feel like riding with you. Will get the first service Thursday of my kymco at 1000km made in 3 weeks 😮 and next trip for me will be 270km to Valencia and 1 night camping and back home 🏡 next day. Thank you. You made me buying the machine😂😂, I wanted to buy the same scooter than you but it is not available in Spain.

Fui a ver a mi hija a Jaén. 500 kms. sin ningún problema. Tengo 67 años, pero parece que tengo 50 con mi Sym. Mini camera y móvil y adiós...Si tienes 150 € monta Michelin Pro City 2...Una maravilla de comportamiento...!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful area with us, and encouraging people to get out and enjoy two wheeled riding. It's true that you don't need a lot of horsepower. Stay safe, ride well.

Back tracking, taking your videos as they come👍🏻Enjoyed this ride especially just before you stopped for the day, (was great to hear your friends greet you)! Love the music breaks, (inspiring while you glide along the road). Absolutely agree with your ride / life philosophy of just get out & go, (ride), “don’t over think it”, use what you have. Best, Rola (Oregon / USA).

It's best to not worry about things when you leave, we live in a modern society with smartphones and cell service, if anything happens you call a tow truck so there's no reason not to take the "risk"

@@RideWithAlex Absolutely right! Plus being able to “think” your way past the inconveniences, obstacles & PIA’s in life, that’s what builds character!

I had a smart car with which I drove over 160000 km. Everywhere, even long holiday journeys via the German motorway. Many have said that they would never do that. I loved the car, it was a lot of fun. Often it is more fun to be on the road with small vehicles at the limit than with an overpowered one that is just bored. From my point of view, you also learn more about driving.

I have taken trips to villages in Greece, with similar if not steeper curvy roads, with a 125cc. I have done it with the 11hp and 13hp. Eventually I will get a 300cc scooter.

@@RideWithAlex agreed, maybe it was a dumb question, maybe a better one be is it noticeably better uphill than an average 10-12hp 125cc scooter.

@@davidzech6458 a little bit yes, if you leave the stock roller weights you can really take advatage of the extra torque.

You have to go to a showroom and sit on it. I fit good on it but I'm only 175cm tall, you have to test it for yourself and see how comfortable you are on it.

Alex,your SYM which rpms start to move? And what stock rollers and gear ratios it have? My Jet X 200 start moving at 4400 rpms,and want to start less rpm and stay 100 kmh at less rpm like SYM ADX
@RideWithAlex2 ай бұрын
Between 4-5000 rpm the clutch engages and it begins to move. If you want to reduce rpm at high speed then you will have to search for an aftermarket variator, this one from Dr. Pulley should fit: drpulley.co/product/over-range-variator-kit-181402/

@@RideWithAlex I heard some start at 3000 rpms,is like it screaming at 4-5000 rpms to move! I will check for this variator I want to make this 200cc cruiser like,not accleration city beast!

Alex sorry for bothering this link you send me can it fit in my Jet X 200 perfectly? Cuz I will buy it.
@RideWithAlex2 ай бұрын
@@EndritBs i think so, this fits my ST200 and we should have the same transmission. You check the site and check the measurements. Or call your local Sym dealer and get the part number of your Variator for your scooter and I'll check if it's the same part number as mine.
