Here's TIM: a short film featuring my cover of "Mr. Sandman." What a beautiful statement this has grown into. It’s an honor to be included in it and to be able to see it progress over the past few months. Very humbled and thankful to John Grammatico, the director, and everyone involved. Importantly, thank you for using something I created in such a beautiful creation of your own. Cheers to you!

2:07 i just noticed that the goth girl cried when she opened the drawing. we all thought that it was the 'invisible' girl that was unnoticed by society, when in fact, i think that the goth girl was the true invisible one. she was always alone and when she saw the drawing, it baffled her so much when she realized that someone was... admiring her. only when the hoodie girl became visible after she gave her drawing to the goth girl. only then was she noticed by the one she admires from afar. truly, this is amazing shit. this video deserves awards.

this not only touched me because it's just a genuinely good story, but also because i can sorta see myself in multiple aspects of this. the song - every so often i get sorta sad that i don't have a partner yet. i'm okay being single, but i do want to experience the joys of a romantic relationship. the song really encapsulates how i feel in those wistful moments. t.i.m. pov - i struggle sometimes with feeling sorta lonely and invisible in school. i'm autistic so meeting people is hard; i need them to come to me because i don't know how to initiate a conversation with a stranger and keep it going, and they very rarely do. also at the end of the school year this year, i asked a girl if she wanted to hang out over the summer. i liked her and it seemed like she liked me too, but after i gave her my number she just never used it and sort of politely put off having to hang out, which i could tell meant she wasn't interested. but even after that i still felt a sort of relief; i did everything i could possibly do, i faced my giant fears, and even though it didn't go how i had hoped, i still cleared up any uncertainty. i'll meet the right person someday. i'm not gonna give up. i have no idea how long the search will take, but it will come to a happy conclusion. goth girl pov - on very rare occasions, i have experienced being genuinely noticed (and not just the thing that happens to autistic people where they pretend to be your friend as if you're some sort of rare creature, which has also happened). i don't always notice it when it happens, but i'll notice in retrospect and it'll make me feel good. one time i've even had a girl genuinely hit on me 3 times (that i recall) in the span of 2 years. i didn't fully clock it or know how to respond back then, but i still think about it because it makes me happy to know that someone found me desirable enough to keep trying even though i just couldn't take a very obvious hint for the life of me. this comment ended up being longer than i thought it would, but in summary, this video hit way too hard for me and it is a masterpiece that i cannot stop rewatching.
