Fun! Good discussion. Now I want a Banjoline. I bought my first lipstick pickup guitar (Silvertone 1457) when I was 12 (1980) for $5 at a garage sale. Case amp worked perfectly though the tremolo foot switch made it buzz a bit. Went out of tune badly after about 10 minutes. :) I still have it though one of the tubes went bad about 3 years ago and i haven't replaced it since I have other amps. Thanks for the discussion.
