The key change at 3:18 for the last verse, the acoustic guitar, and the strings over the chorus, are simply gorgeous.

I listened to that song back in 1970'ties. I was in Poland then. I did not understand words, but I liked it. Then I escaped to Australia. I learned English, but I forgot the song. Then , one day, well after KZbin appeared, and I have started to use Internet, not only for work, but entertainment as well, I think it was start of XXI century, I came across that clip. I could understand lyrics then, and clip was awesome, expressing what the song was about. And meaning will stay with us forever, because that is human nature, and devil is in us. I don't think even Mick new what he was singing about.

@@noha163this song is a classic banger . I say that because during their era, a lot of the bands actually started in England. Beatles, Black Sabbath and many more. I think Rolling Stones and Beatles sold the most as in biggest rock band ever . Technically it's the Beatles . Then I'd say Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin. Zeppelin showed how to really play the blues mixed with electric instruments. I love all 3. Guinness book of world Records- The most successful and popular artists of all time based on sales and popularity is the Beatles first. The second most successful artist of all time is Madonna. That's based on success, album sales , tours etc. Elvis is under Madonna.

I actually enjoyed this remix. I thought it was going to be horrible, but then again, the Neptunes always have a knack for not overpowering the original song for the most part. Personally, I think it's a pretty tasteful remix that adds to the original - as opposed to ruining it. I love the sitar in the beginning (at least that's what I think it is...). The emphasis on the drumming early in the song gives a more primal and unholy kind of feel. The addition of the guitar and string quartet at the bridge is also really nice.

RazorBuddha Hey, to each their own. From a musician's standpoint, I appreciate it, but nothing is for everybody. It's certainly not better than the original or the GNR version; but I'd say, it's better than the original being left to collect dust and being pushed further and further to the back of a classic rock station's lineup - with the eventuality of it's disappearance into obscurity. Maybe a few people were introduced to the Stone's thanks to this cover. I will say that they added about 12 instruments to the original, changed none of the lyrics nor added any, and every single guitar lick from Richards is still there and amplified. But, to each their own.
