Yeah cooler bohut kharap h her yeah aapke 4500 ₹lagane padege kyu ki iska PCV 5 months me kharap ho jata h jiska cost 4500 ₹h our service to use bhi bekar h 8 se 20 din laga dete h boh phi warranty me ho ya payment me very bed service & product. Not a good product & service very bad I am experiencing it myself.

I have symphony winter cooler water falling noise inside is very loud .It noise make me irritating ,how this problem will solve

Once water is flowing down through the pad, it has to come down to the tank through the plastic channel. Your pad is blocking the plastic channel and perhaps that is the reason it is flowing from here and there and making the sound. Adjust the pad and it will solve the problem i believe.

Ye cooler sabse jyada ghatiya hai. Pata nahi kin gaddhon ne isko design kiya tha. Isko aap easier tareeke se clean bhi nahi kar sakte. Iske pads, water pump easily nahi milte. Iski service bhi bahut costlier hai. Never buy this model.

You are correct. Service is not easy but not impossible. I have made a simple video for that. You can watch that for better understanding.

This one is not good after one season it will be damaged especially the motor. First time I bought this then used for one summer then kept it in box for whole winter but as soon as I again took it out in next summer the motor got damaged ( it was my first run I filled the tank full indicator and as soon as I turned on the motor was not working) then called the service centre have to pay for motor then again same thing happened next summer too then again called service centre fixed the motor now this summer too same problem arises
