1:48 please consider the environmenta factors. I recently stumbled upon a similar one called weather headache pains. That too is caused by environmental factors on patients who have no pre-existing conditions ofcourse.

So far, so good, and a disclaimer is that I have a thermo unit that includes a humidity control setting involved together with heat or cold or circulation setting for the comfort zone level prefered setting to the RLS free threshold and it is 55 percent humidity only at nap time. Do not confuse this with portable cheap humidifiers, which all have a whole different configuration which need water and is not good for individuals with pre- existing medical conditions or cause mold. ❤❤ I turn it back to 45 percent humidity setting at the daylight hours.

mine just disappeared for the past couple of weeks - it would wake me up out of a sound sleep - but lately with less caffeine, sugar, alcohol (even small amounts) and more greens (magnesium) I've been able to sleep thru the night

Most doctors: “Sounds like you have RLS. Here’s a prescription. Next!!”

That's because most doctors have insane workloads. Have some respect

@@skazic You expect me to respect careless, crappy service bc they happen to have insane workloads?!? NO! That’s why I never see doctors - I treat myself.

My RLS started after a total hip replacement, and believed to have been from a radical Ferritin drop post surgery. My orthopod was dumbfounded . My sleep neurologist who trained under a doctor who wrote one of the first papers on RLS knew what it was immediatly. been on mds for a decade. Iron infusions times 2 no help.

Good info and I appreciate your sharing. Just so you know some of your subtitles aren't accurate at points. Thanks

I have it, it comes and goes, so it’s not too bad. It’s been gone about a month now. When it is bad, I flex my feet 75 times. I think that makes the muscles tired and it usually does the trick. Yes the muscles burn, but that is better than the RLS twitching.

My RLS subsided when I quit gluten. My theory - gluten affected my ability to absorb iron.
