I was diagnosed with Gallstones this last December I had 4 attacks in 8 months, and it is just not fun dealing with this pain I'm just in the emergency room for hours in so much pain, and it is absolute torture. Update: Just had a 5th attack about 2 days ago right now. I'm just recovering from it. I'm still feeling sore, but luckily, tomorrow I have a consultation with my surgeon. Another update: I'm finally getting the surgery on November 12th Update again: SURGERY IS TOMORROW WISH ME LUCK

Hi! I am also experiencing gallstones. This is about my 6th or 7th attack in 2 months and I’m not quite sure what to do. I’ve had an ultrasound and I’m waiting for the results to come back to my GP. What pushed you to go to the ER?
@TyrekaLeeАй бұрын
I have had stones for three years and over the time I always had an attack. But it always went away after like 30 minutes to an hour, but recently they’ll last for days. Recently it got so bad I couldn’t take it I tried the longest to hold off going to the hospital so two weeks ago I finally went to the hospital. I can say I should’ve been had went and not waited so late for it to get this bad I had my surgery. They removed my gallbladder because they traveled in other places, so they rushed me to surgery were I was put to sleep. Besttttttttt thing I could’ve ever had did was go to the ER. I’m not fully healed yet, but it’s getting better day by day.

It was always at evening/night and always after meals too. I had it for years and they got progressively worse, until I magically listened to my intuition and started taking magnesium supplements along with tumeric/ginger tea. They went away, COMPLETELY. Sure enough, I googled and magnesium deficiency is a cause of gallstones. I hope this helps someone!

The symptoms can vary but the classic symptoms are right upper (or mid upper) abdominal pain that radiates (shoots) to the back or shoulder region. Typically the symptoms are worse after eating but they can happen at any time. The pain is typically colicky meaning it waxes and wanes in intensity and can be associated with nausea and or vomiting as well.

This year I admited to A&E 5 Times.some doctors says they could see some gallstones in the ultrasound scan but I never feel sick vomiting, no shoulder pains. I know that I have a fatty liver but past 1 year I dont drink anymore. I have been eating healthy plant base foods (mainly) When I lay down I get pain in my lower back right hand side. Any x

updated 7/24/2020 I had ultrasound 7/21//2020 All gallstones gone. there are few polyps measure up to 2 mm . that's it. I still gonna do that same juice every morning, this time I'll add 1 beetroots , little ginger and 1 glove garlic hopefully the polyps be gone after 2 months or at least stop the polyps turn into cancer:) I'm so happy This is what I know, the saturated fat in coconut oil ( medium-chain triglycerides) doesn't require bile to break down and read the following: This is real life real story ; I got Gallstones and have 2 friends had gallstones, they took 1 tbsp coconut oil mixed with 8 oz fresh green Apple juice every morning before any food, their stones gone after 2 month I started May 25th hopefully mine are gone too in a month, I'll demand another ultrasound test next month to find out. if it works I'll start my own channel to let the whole world know. so far I'm good, light urine, brown stool , constipation gone, bloated stomach gone, no attack since May 25th, every now and then I feel movement in my gallbladder like something move in slow motion but no pain, hope it was contraction from gallbladder pushing the stones out. PS* I also drink 4oz of celery juice before the main remedy. Saturated fat in coconut oil doesn't require bile to break down , it's good saturated fat not the bad one, remember one thing, our body required and good and bad saturated fat to balance.

I take Ursodiol prescription to dissolve gallstone. Do you have any diet recommendations to help the medicine dissolve the stone?
@olgasa69434 жыл бұрын
you can make your own apple juice in a juicer. if not you can buy tart cherry juice....but that can get very expensive, i dont know your financial state. these two are high in Malic Acid. Malic Acid is an organic compound found in apples, cherries and other fruits. But the simplest way would be to simply purchase is on Amazon . com in powder or capsules . But it would also be followed by, Andreaz Moritz, "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder flush" protocol. Dr. Robert Morse highly recommends Phosfood Liquid which will also soften the stones for elimination, which in his opinion is a much gentler approach since it doesnt spasm the liver or gallbladder. Hope this helps you or someone else who reads it!
@doctorkeith80304 жыл бұрын
ursodiol isn't THAT great at dissolving stones. The efficacy isn't that great. It's better for people who have sludge. This comment is kind of old so it'd be interesting to know if your stones did resolve with the medication
@Chupria4 жыл бұрын
@@doctorkeith8030 Yes my gallstones dissolved. I had one stone about 10mm that was adhered to the wall of my gallbladder. I took Ursodial for 9 months every day 2x with food. I could feel my liver making more bile and the bile flowing through ducts as soon as I took it. It appears to work by making more bile and slowly dissolving the stone. I did have a redbull in the morning as caffeine helps with my digestion. Otherwise, my diet on Ursodial was very low carbs, medium to low protein, and high fat. Basically nine months of keto diet. From what I understand you want the Gallbladder to contract and pump, pump, pump. The only time the gallbladder is going to contract is when you eat fat or acidy foods. Drinking lots of water and intermediate fasting also helps. Garlic and alcohol tend to inflame the gallbladder for me as well. Mental stress or worrying also irritate gallbladder. During my ursodiol therapy, I also did light walking and swimming. Losing weight while on Ursodial is not a good idea, rapid weight loss causes stones, but I still wanted to lose so weight so I did it very slowly. Most importantly, I became a vegetarian. No animal meat at all, only 2 eggs in the morning. I found that eating eggs actually helps make bile as they are full of cholesterol. But ultimately you want to lower your cholesterol. My number 1 food was heavy whipping cream. Taking 1-3 sips per day would empty my gallbladder instantly. In the first few days I felt my gallbladder hurt more than normal, it felt full and stretched, after just 1 mouth full sip of heavy whipping cream the pain was gone. Going to the bathroom on ursodial was great. The stool would almost always be easy to pass compared to not being on ursodial. This is also true since I have become a vegetarian. About once a month while on ursoidal I would have a Carbs only day, this would only be for one day and I would eat chocolate and general carbs. This would indeed kickstart the therapy both mentally and physically. Carb days would always result in short diarrhea, pehaps because the pancreas is also involved, but I continued to practice 1/month carb day only. Ursodial is a long-duration therapy. I was really afraid of surgery and wanted to take a pill. When the ultrasounds where done I would race to the imaging center to get them before the doctor did, you can actually read the radiologist notes and findings that looked at the images. Sometimes I found this helpful as doctors can take days to call you, and during the wait, my stress would spike as I would worry so much. In retrospect this is stupid, stressing out so much will actually case more bodily harm than any sludge or stone that you have. I would usually pick up the images the same day or next day and the report was included. Taking Ursodial more than 2 years and at very high doses can cause colon cancer. My dose was 300MG. So when the time comes to stop the therapy stop it. This was difficult for me as I was used to taking the meds and they made me feel better. All of a sudden, you're asked to stop and I simply had to respect that. After stopping it, I would get easily bloated but that went away after 1-2 weeks. During the very beginning of the therapy, I would feel anxiety attacks in the beginning when I took Ursodial as well as weakness and slight dizziness. But after a few weeks, those gradually disappear. Anyway hope this helped you. Stop being a fat ass and stop eating animal flesh. No more. Fuck off!
