I declined to remove my gall bladder ten years ago. My doctor was a professor at Columbia, and he lied to me ... he said that gall bladders cannot be healed. I just somehow knew that was wrong. I changed my diet and went back a bit over a year later and tested normal. When I asked him how that could have happened, he just silently flipped through my chart like he was thinking about something else and didn't hear me. I learned a lot from that experience. I still have my gall bladder. I now understand how it works, why I need it, and how I can support it in the future. Knowledge is good.

You’ve missed possibly the most important cause off, which is stress. Stress will increase cortisol, along with pulse rate ( adrenaline ), and cholesterol, which is needed for all adrenal hormone production ( so the production of adrenaline and cortisol ). Under a stressed state, parasympathetic function is decreased ( rest, digest and repair mode ), meaning everything involved in digestion. So you’ll have low stomach acid, enzyme production and bile production, equating to high cholesterol, high cortisol with low bile.

I had my gallbladder removed a year ago. Gallstones were found several years ago during an unrelated ultrasound, but I had NO PAIN symptoms. I took a HIDA scan test to determine if there was a bile blockage and there was absolutely zero pass-thru. It was suggested that I have my gallbladder removed immediately, which I did. During the surgery, the doctor discovered that my gallbladder had become necrotized and was literally falling apart. Had I let it go, it could have become MUCH more serious. DON'T think that your gallbladder is fine just because you don't have any pain. I eat normally and have had zero complications after my colectomy, and I'm thankful that I decided to have it removed when I did.

@markeike6 ай бұрын
@@ulaganathanc1463 - I know it's frustrating to not be able to get definitive answers from your doctor. I've had GERD for years as well, a persistent pain in the sternum that felt like someone was squeezing my esophagus inside my chest, and I am convinced that both conditions (GERD and gallstones) interact with each other somehow. Many years ago, I discovered DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice), a cheap, safe, easily obtained (Amazon) natural supplement made from licorice root that coats the stomach and promotes healing of the stomach lining and esophagus. It was a miracle cure that made my GERD 100% controllable. I highly recommend chewing on one 1/2 hour before each meal for a week or two and see if your GERD improves. As for the gallstones, I am not a doctor, but I would ask your doctor about taking a HIDA test if you have access to one, to see if your gallbladder is even functioning. The thing about gallstones is that they will never get better or go away; there is no cure but removal of the gall bladder. You also don't want to live with the risk of having a major attack at any time over your head for the rest of your life. Good luck!

You can still get the info from the dr but it is around half and half extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon, he recommends organic but not necessary, make a full glass, large glass like 12 oz and I would drink a fourth every 15 minutes until gone then lay on right side watching a movie two hrs. All this on an empty stomach and when I woke up I spent most of the day passing stones and felt sick until the next day and I felt better then I had in years, the lemon softens the stones and the oil helps pass them, you will see bright emerald green stones ping pong ball size in the toilet. Check out Dr David Spicer Ft Smith Arkansas and you can get the directions, I was amazed and need to do it again, it last ten years according to the Dr and I was feeling the pain again about 12 yrs after I did it but you have to set aside two days, one to fast and one to, well sit and go.

For years I've had awful, terrible pain with gallstones, nausea, vomiting, constipation...nothing worked to end the cramping, burning, loss of appetite. I tried a very simple remedy earlier this week that stopped my symptoms in minutes. It was extra virgin olive oil! Just a couple tablespoons with a tablespoon of lemon juice on an empty stomach - easy to do after vomiting. Often I add a tablespoon of honey for added benefits. For me, it's a miracle from God above, and to think I've had this right in front of me for years. I hope you try it and get the relief I found.

Thank you Dr. Berg, I have a 1.7 cm gallstone. My doctor recommended a consultation with the surgeon because he says that the only way to remove the stone is to remove my gallbladder and I am terrified and very stressed. I just mentioned that I wanted to follow up on the gallstone because I have a little pain in my right ovary and a little cramping but I just turned 48 and maybe it could be related to menopause, my menstrual cycle is irregular now and sometimes it doesn't come . I told him that I don't want to remove my gallbladder because thank God I still don't have chronic pain and he told me then not to worry about the gallstone and he sent me to see a Gastroenterologist for a follow-up of the gallstone and for a Colon Screening for age. But I am sure that the specialist will advise me the same as my doctor told me. Watching this video gives me hope that maybe it could save my gallbladder, although I saw another video where they mention that gallstones larger than 1cm cannot be treated this way, I hope it's not true 🙏🏻

The only nutritionist I follow these days. I went to my GP with the symptoms described with my right shoulder. He had no idea what it was. He recommended I see a physio to try help. I have private insurance so they paid for it but it made no difference to the pain. A complete waste of time and I thought this would be the case as I knew there was more to it. Now I understand it. I've had stones before which my GP also knew about. He has my medical history. I get the slight discomfort under the right rib page. Next time I get it I will try message it to see if the right shoulder pain goes away. I am not sure why there are so many useless GPs. I think they achieve their goal in life and then just give up. This is why I follow I subscribe. For me as part of my profession I learn every single day. Even if it means going through stuff I already know just so I do not forget and so I can verify I already know it. I'm an SME and this is what it takes. However, I have a massive interest in health and nutrition as well which is not my profession but something I love for personal reasons.. after all nothing... .absolutely nothing is more important than health. I can't think of any topic more interesting or fundamental to anyone. Thinking about it further I realise GPs are not experts when it comes to nutrition. They study drugs only but never tackle the source of the problem. This is a big problem. Dr Berg is by far and away the best out there when it comes to know how. I no longer follow anyone else. Please keep the videos coming. I also forward them to friends and they thank me for it.. if they are not following you already that is. I had my gallbladder out when I was 28 or maybe 29. Right around that same time one of my cousins, I think, was having theirs removed. Gallbladders are one of the few organs most of my family seems to have removed. Mine was described as a lump of sludge filled scar tissue. On the positive side, which isn't saying much, all the issues I had before were still there after so removing it didn't change any of that, but not being in agonizing pain was worth it. The doctors/nurses were kind of worried when I had my procedure. That dye they use to outline/highlight the organs apparently my gallbladder never showed up because of it having no function to absorb it.

Dear Dr. Berg, my story dates back to 1980'. I had problems with my tonsils. ENT advised for removal. Before giving our opinion as a kid I asked him what are the uses of tonsils ?. The doctor said Nothing. They are of no significant use and can be removed. Similarly my adenoids were removed. After 30 years doctors are of the opinion again that these should not be removed. Hence, I always believe that any organ of human body has a function to perform and all efforts must be made to retain them. You never know in future you may have to suffer from lack of it.

Not sure if my mom could be assisted. Here is her sonar results after we realised here urine looks like black coffee/coke: There's a blockage in the common bile duct where it joins with the pancreatic duct. This blockage is caused by a stone that is about 21 x 15 mm in size. The common bile duct is very enlarged, measuring 14 mm wide, and it has a twisted path. This enlargement is likely due to a long-term blockage. The appearance is not typical for a condition called choledochal cyst (choledoschocele). The pancreatic duct is slightly enlarged, but there are no growths inside the ducts, no tumors in the pancreas, and no inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis). The gallbladder does not have any stones and is not inflamed. There are no abnormalities in the liver or enlargement of the spleen.

I just did a Andreas Moritz gallbladder and liver cleanse. I was shocked to see about 400 green stones floating on the toilet. How was that possible? The protocol was painless!!! It was incredible!

Did you get an ultrasound after the gallbladder and liver cleanse? Cause through ultrasound us the only to know if the gallstones decreased or is gone

@@MAJAFUL No, I didn’t, I have done 4 cleanses so far and I continue seeing green stones coming out. Having an ultrasound it’s a good idea once I see no stones in the toilet ( 4-5 months hopefully) I may get one

Hi Dr. Berg Please make a video on fatty pancreas which there's no video about it on KZbin to how treat the fatty pancreas. Thank you.
@lillypod13375 жыл бұрын
He mentions in 1 video ONLY (buried deep) about the connection between a fatty liver and a fatty pancreas. Basically, if your liver is fatty, the pancreas are as well. I totally agree, there needs to be a Video on the fatty pancreas all by itself because nobody will find that 1 video where he mentions this for about 3 seconds.

Just an FYI from my Mom...My Mom started adding a half of raw organic sweet potato to her morning juice after her doctor told her she had a pancreas cyst....the cyst was gone and pancreas look great on her next visit. (Six weeks later -she's 80yrs young)

@@lillypod1337 yeah. The strange thing is on sonogram no sign of fatty liver but the pancreas is fatty. Another thing I did not have the fatty pancreas on earlier sonograms. 2 years ago started IF and recently showed on sonogram. I was like what? Did IF gave me a fatty pancreas?! I know that choline can treat it but in my opinion it's not enough as a treatment. Would be great if we can get a video from Dr. Berg on this matter. Thanks for your reply.

I made a desicion to only eat vegetables for a while. Mostly raw vegetables, sallades etc. Sometimes fresh shrimps or a little chicken to that. (No fat) After one week i had extreme pain in my stomach area, uppger right side. Just under ribs. The pain was extreme, I had to goto hospital. The only thing that helped was morphin. It was Stones in my gallbladder. Very small Stones. After, they asked if I wanted to remove my gallbladder, I said no. The pain was terrible, I was climbing on Walls. I had one more attack after that. Maybe 2 in 10 years. I have normal Weight and exercise regulary. The 2nd time if was eating too much heavy food grilled food, also nuts and maybe was under stress. Now I focus to be in balance with food. And no problem simce then.

I live in England, had my gallbladder removed in April even though I went to my doctor beforehand to ask him if it was absolutely necessary to have it removed, he told me there was no other option, only to be in pain for the rest of my life, I already suffer from lupus and fibromyalgia, osteopetrosis, arthritis, IBS, hair loss, sun allergies, etc etc, after that I came across your channel, I cried a lot, I also had half my thyroid taken out, it had swelled so much it was actually strangling me, did not have oxygen in my body according to the consultant, so thankful they only took half of it. I was a size 24 (USA measurement) , I have been doing intermittent fasting and trying to follow a keto diet since May, not very successfully, but now I am a size 18 (USA) I guess it's not so bad for someone that hasn't been doing it 100% and was used to filling up with carbohydrates, specially sugar, that was sol hard to give up as I love sweet coffee, so I have been drinking green tea, that helped a lot, bought supplements, zinc magnesium and calcium and vitamin D, I'm still finding it difficult to get a full night's sleep, I wake up between 2-4 times a night, do you have any suggestions? THANK YOU VERY MUCH, sorry, I just needed to say that out loud

I know this is going to sound crazy. . . But you are here so you are up for the crazy. Mouth tape. . . Yes mouth tape, taping your mouth closed during your sleep. Which encourages nasal breathing. It has an abled me to sleep through the night for the first time in years. I have done it for 3 months no problems. An added bonus is that I no longer have bleeding gums, which was unexpected. And whilst I can't be sure that it's the mouth tape for this one, I didn't get sick (hopefully not yet anyway) this winter with a cold or flu when everyone around me was dropping. You might feel a bit strange at first but with in a few nights you will be use to it. Now I just have to get rid of the gallstones, fibro and chronic fatigue.😂

Why do Muslims fast two days a week, why do they fast a whole month every year and why their Prophet said we are not sick because we only eat hungry and he said this 14 centuries ago

Every religion has fasting and eating in moderation. Christianity for over 2000 years and Judaism for well over that. Science seems to have made us go backwards unfortunately

I believe in nutrition, exercise and just learning to make better choices. Our food was not as toxic as everyone else's. Maybe we would live in a much healthier society. I blame a lot on our food today, and what society has called food. That is why more people plant their own gardens.
