Any combat stealth will cancel most spells cast on the character. With some exceptions, like cait's ult and other targeted abilities. Shaco's e animation will cancel even if it's a centimeter away from a character if they walk in a bush. Doesn't really matter though, since his E has terrible base damage and a lackluster execute effect that does almost nothing.

If Hec did automatically turn toward Ali cus he had vision of the bush, and then inputted new movement command for the juke to work. Otherwise, there was no reason for his split second automatic turn toward Ali after his flash.
