Pretty much, I mean hell in a stream a few days ago by Imaqtpie, QT basically straight out said to Yassuo if he can't get Yasuo he should just dodge. This is after Yassuo went 0/7 in lane and solo died multiple times to a Katarina while he was Zoe.

Too bad the Thresh is a scripter who shows obvious script behavior in almost every clip he has.
