Sync Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook PC Version

I can get this to work, but when I add things to my calendar within outlook, they dont show up within my Google Calendar. It only works the way you showed by adding to Google Calendar, but if I add to Outlook calendar on my PC, it doesnt show up on my Google Calendar. Any idea what is wrong?

Hi there! Thanks for letting me know it's working and "not working" 🤣 Can you double check that when you add the calendar entry at your Outlook, you're saving at the Microsoft Outlook account that sync with Google, or it's local Outlook account that didn't sync to any cloud/account? That's my wild guess that doesn't work for now. Let me know ya and hope it helps! 🤗

Hi there! It's a very good question and indeed I presume when you mention outlook means your Microsoft Outlook program at your PC right? You can always sign in your Gmail account and load all calendars. Did I clear your question?

Has anyone actually done this with the newest Office and Outlook for Mac, the 64-bit version for MacOS Monterey" on tbe new M1 chip? Because those Outlook screens don't match with what is shown here.

Thank you for pointing out. I presume you're using Microsoft 365 and 16.55 version? Did you manage to sync it?

@@TechnologySimplicity The product I have is actually called Microsoft Home and Business, but yes the version numbers are 16.55; and like I say the screens and locations of things don't match up with what you are trying to teach here. So No, have not been able to sync either a calendar or contacts. The email portion by itself was pretty easy. However, The issue with contacts is Google produces/exports a CSV file (which Outlook used to use) ....this Outlook version only accepts a PST file, and I have had zero luck finding a conversion tool to do that. Pain in the... But this would be a good challenge for someone who wants to show others how to fully integrate Google mail etc. into the newest 64-bit Microsoft Home and Business running on the Apple M1 chip set. Mean while I gave up on Outlook integration and still just run my two email services, Yahoo and Gmail separately.

I had this issue today, closed and relaunched Outlook and it updated after relaunching. Different looking app and had the Calendar loaded and ready to go.

Hi! Firstly, you do have another email account that signed in at your outlook right? If yes, you can subscribe (or add calendar) of your google calendar to it, which you just can view the said calendar with another email account logged in at outlook. Hope it helps :)

My calendar in google is not show secret address column. Only have public address. So, where to i get the link? thanks

Hi there! It seems like you exploring further feature of the addon 😁 I don't recall there's "secret address column" and I'm not sure the reason you're using it. Anyway, (Google) calendar only support limited entries and I'm afraid that what you were trying to push to Google calendar is not supported. Btw, may I clarify what "link" you are referring to?

Hi Arshan! Good question. Anyway, I believe you do added at least one Email Account to your Outlook right? Perhaps you can consider add your Google calendar to that particular email account, which then you can download the said Google calendar already? Let me know if you need further assistance. :)

Ok ... so how do I sync from Outlook Calendar to Google Calendar??? This only works one way from Google to Outlook only. This is so damn stupid ... that it won't work both ways. Using Windows 10 pro and all up to date. Using Office 365 and all up to date.

The title is Google Calendar TO Microsoft Outlook. Not dual way. If you want to sync outlook calendar TO Google Calendar, it can be done by go to your Outlook calendar -> Sharing and Permissions -> enter your google calendar's email address. Then, go to your Gmail to accept the invitation and you shall able to view the said calendar. Hope it helps.
