Thank you so much for a clear, easy to understand and informational video. You mentioned putting up a troubleshooting video. I would very much appreciate this, since I have a client having difficulty matching the correct payments to the right invoices via QBO. In particular how Jobber creates "payments" and the bank creates "deposits" and making sure when you're having to match outside the suggestions that she's doing it correctly. Several times in reconciling it created a separate transaction and didn't match to the bank statement. I can't find any troubleshooting videos online, just "how to's". Thanks so much!

Thank you for this video. If I use QBO Projects, through which I track Projects as Sub-customers, would thhe integration work?

Not likely. Jobber sync only recognizes ONE level. It's a frustrating limitation, and also causes issues if you use Responsibid and have multiple addresses. Indeed the sync is not perfect and there is lots of room for improvement but the benefits outweigh the frustrations.

@@qcoach due to this reason i have considered leaving jobber (even though i love it). do you reccommend creating projects manually in QBO? im worried of creating a duplicate if so
