This is me 58 years old Misdiagnosed as temporal lobe epilepsy No episodes since 2014, except had one the other day and ambos were called Damn, it's still here

I am 66. I have syncope seizures from coughing. How do I know? I can replicate the seizure at will simply by coughing heavily.

My story. I am 73 Yr male from Bangladesh. Feb 21 morning at 5.50 am while sitting felt weak, getting blackout, lied down for 20 minutes, took salt water Drink, was OK. In April 21 at 6 am had same feelings while on Road waiting for the dead body of a neice. March 15 '22 at 11.20 am in hot sun out on Road had same attack, blurry view no sweat, no heart palpitation. On 16 May 22 at 11.20 on a hot day felt weak, blurry view, no sweat and then Collapsed for the first time on Road side. People helped me. On all date B pressure taken later was around 68/ 50. Have pacemaker and 2 stents in heart. No Vertigo, no palpitation. Pacemaker was found in good order. Before these events I did not feel and heart palpitation or increase heart beat. Doctors unable to identify the cause. I am not smoker neither alcohol taker. Can any help with idea about why is it happening..

What about people who suffer presyncope for long periods of time, but don't faint? Experiencing Confusion, weakness in legs, slurring of words, ect. And take a long time to recover after sitting down? Is this common?

I have this issue too at times, they think mine may be due to a pituitary adenoma, but I’ve been diagnosed with POTS too

I was drinking coffee it when it went down the wrong way I started to reflex cough jumped up quick and ran to the kitchen to avoid coughing it all over the furniture. I remember waking up had been in sick and blood. Not sure if it’s down to the cough, jumping up too quickly or my heart which was taken and QTc was borderline.
