Nice speakers. I much prefer ATC to Harbeth or the other British mfgs. Again, the speaker cable is way too expensive unless you're just going for looks. In test after test, interconnects and speaker wires have been shown to sound and measure exactly the same with minor differences in capacitance. Only by trying to design an audio cable with added character (aka distortion) can one truly make one cable sound differently than another. As a 30 year 'audiophile' trust me - you are just fine using Canare or knock-off Kimber Kable from China so long as it's 4- or 5-9s OFC. Skin effect has ZERO affect on audible frequencies. That's a straight out misrepresentation. There is HUGE margin in cables, especially speaker and digital cables - that's why sellers and reviewers w/ relationships with mfg.s push the most expensive ones so hard and try to differentiate their own products along the price continuum with BS claims about research when most of the money goes into profit and marketing.
