Group names, could be genre based. Housers, synthwavers, cyberpunks, acid junkies, ect Keeping with the idea of radio stations, maybe groups submit their music with a genre and we listen to the music in categories so the listener experience can be more vibe based vs different songs of various genres back to back.

I think it should be only people who had a certain amount of submissions the prior season are guaranteed a spot. Itll make room for more or new people from the contender series.

I’m biased I missed the first Kumite so keep it open but I get why ya wouldn’t want to cause the list gets big maybe we have some kinda first round head to heads to move on into the Kumite idk 🤷‍♂️

@@synthsamuraiproductions I’m down for video. we could always release the track on band camp too but imagine some dope Halloween themed jams with video…This way it gives ppl time to prep n do something cool. Prob wouldn’t be at noir et blanc level but I bet we see some cool vids. Maybe have him as a guest host since he’s the Halloween synth vid OG lol (I’m spit balling)

@ecou1915 i guess isnt jamuary just post a jam a day? Via youtube? Totally different thing isnt it? Almost easier cause u are jamming anyway, pick one of ur seven tracks and use for kumite. Almost a cheat code. To Be honest i have no idea what jamuary is can someone fill me in on the details??

@@synthsamuraiproductions it’s a jam a day posted online. I agree, if you can post a jam a day you can finish off the idea in time for a weekly kumite post. I don’t think they’ll conflict too bad. That’s just my opinion though.
