I had the privilege of contributing to the Sound Design Team for the incredible AXESS by GForce Software. This software synth is truly remarkable, boasting impressive sound quality that exceeds expectations.
I crafted over 40 patches and had a delightful experience working with it. In this review, I'll be showcasing some of the patches created by both myself and other talented Sound Designers.

GForce has flown under the radar for years, especially in the electronic music community, such awesome emulations of classic analog synths..

My brother and I split the cost of buying an ARP Axxe for $485 back in 1978. That's the equivalent of about $2,235 today. Bought a second one in the mid-80s for $250 (about $698 today). Bought the GForce Axxess for, what, $42? Hehe. Love those things!

All the GForce stuff is good. I started with Virtual String Machine and MTron Pro. Now have all the GForce products. And they are nice people. The historical videos that GForce has produced are very good.

GForce: EASILY an extra "5 %" over and above the rest of 'em!. I've know large groups of G-Heads who swear by 20% as the correct value on their SOS (Scale of Superiority). There's a reason why T om Oberheim puts his signature on GForce OBIEs and no others. Thou
