I don’t think my Arturia Matrixbrute can sound like this at all, such amazing sounds

Yeah the MatrixBrute is much more…modern sounding, for lack of a better word. The Grandmother definitely sounds more old school. You know, I wanna go on record and say I love Arturia, I’ve used their software since 2007, but I don’t really care much for their hardware synths 🤷🏻♂️ Just a personal opinion though.

@@tritonrecordings I’m was quite exited to finally have a Matrixbrute, it does has a place but the cheap filters, and very crappy sounding oscillators really leave a lot to wish for, the plastic keys feel horrible when playing. The Matrix modulation with the ARP and sequencing does healed some results but the raw bare sounds is just way too harsh most of the time. I think As much as I like to have the presets saved on an analog mono synth I’m going to trade it for a grandma or matriarch at some point. This wall sound is just commanding. I think I learn my lesson, I’ll stick to Arturia software only form now own, never buying their hardware again

@@MeAlexSenna I did forget about the microfreak, which is kinda unique. And the polybrute actually does sound pretty great haha

Very nice ... especially enjoyed the arps/seqs (even the manual ones) Like the sound/tone and options for discovery with the patch chords (not too few, not too many).

Can you please remake home Resonance main chord synth ?
@tritonrecordings6 жыл бұрын
Pequod not with a Grandmother. It sounds like a Juno playing minor seventh chords.
@pequod45576 жыл бұрын
tritonrecordings I have the entire sheet of it , but I want to know how to make it sound like home , some people told me that Randy goffe is using the "arturia minimoog V", and some are saying that he used "Juno 106".

@@pequod4557 he said himself he used the Mini V from Arturia

@@alison_synths no freaking way, I'm a huuuge fan of you! ... Finally I managed to make the same pad sound of "Resonance" using mini v3 , I've turned the cutoff frequency all the way down, '2 steps of emphasis and '6 steps on the contour, I've modulated the decay and set the polyphony to 6 with low key play mode.

@@pequod4557 haha thanks! Yeah i was able to get pretty close with the mini v too
