organic palma rosa oil will keep your scalp fresh as if it's just been washed until you're ready to wash again. add a few drops it to some castor/jojoba oil in your hand and massage your scalp.

I have some dreads from IcyDreads. Her work is AMAZING. I have never seen dreads that match my hair colour so perfectly. I have had so many compliments wearing them. They were a definite confidence booster for me!

I've been making dreads for about 6 years now (wow how times flies) and already knew all of that - but I just love watching your videos so much that I watched it anyways :'D I used to wear dreadfalls, then braid-in ones. The ones I made recently I wear like clip-in extensions and that's actually my favorite even if it pulls on the hair the most

I had no idea that you could have fake dreadlocks until I saw your video and I had some custom made for me and they look exactly like yours and I love love love them!! QUESTION how do you tighten the dreads? Do you have to take them out?

I know this video was made a while ago, and you no longer have synthetic dreads in your hair, but Celestial Crown Shower Caps are made for people with long dreads. You can look them up here on youtube, people have done reviews.

***** If you are using synthetic hair when you install your dreads, soak them in Apple Cider Vinegar for 15 minutes before you install them. This will get the chemicals off the synthetic hair which is what is causing the itchiness. You may have to do this twice. You will notice the residue in the water.

I looove my hair, i am still in the process of growing it out past my butt. But i get so booorred with it sometimes lol. Recently i got up the nerve to dye the top half purple (and i looovvedd it) but i had to dye it back to brown while looking for a job and keeping said job. Idk how they few synthetic dreads. But along with some other ideas this is something i am surprised to find myself becoming more and more interested in. I both dislike how short the time period is that you can keep them in, and love the fact that if you dont like them or dont like or cant keep the color you can take them out whenever you wish. Granted putting them back in is time consuming, but it gives you a lot of freedom as far as color and just enjoying your natural hair for as long as you wish before putting them back in. You look lovely and you did a wonderful job explaining your experience with them. (I am pretty lazy so it's great knowing what i am getting myself into, and i love knowing that the commitment can be over whenever i choose)

I was wondering what material is used to actually make the dreads. Specifically the ones that you are wearing. Also A really good cleansing solution is plain old Apple cider vinager. Maybe this would help with build up and wouldn't be too harsh on your dreads. Have you ever done a Q&A video before. That would be cool to see.

Is it better to have human or synthetic dreads?
@bestwholeworld52765 жыл бұрын
Oozi Leeds human hair is better in my opinion but it is extremely expensive compared to synthetic. Synthetic offers a wide variety of colors that stay that color while human hair dreads can be colored just like human hair, but bright fashion colors will fade and need to be redyed to get that vibrant color back. Synthetic is also much more itchy compared to human hair.
