I left my home and everything I’ve ever known, to move to a foreign country for two years. With no friends and little ability to speak the language. Thing is, it’s bittersweet because I was running. This song played as the engines kicked up to full thrust. It’s funny how music can make the simplest things, some of the most powerful moments in your life.

We call "music" as a secuence of certain frecuencies that, to our ears, can perform changes on your phisical and chemical control of your own body. This changes are what we call emotions. But, if you remember what we've been tough on high school about science, you'll be aware that music and WiFi are the same, because they're waves of frecuencies. And same happens to physical plane, where you'll see that the atoms and their smaller pieces are all vibrating. This means, they are waving at certain frecuencies. So, in retrospect, even the farts of a whale are music.

The only way I think you could possibly improve on this piece of music would be if there were four saxophones i.e the baritone tenor Alto and Soprano sax with a full section of piccolo's and flute as well. An absolute masterpiece as you say but as I'm a perfectionist and a piano tuner I could see areas where it could actually be improved on.

I remember secretly listening to Infinity on my Walkman with radio, in geometry class in high school. It always touched my core. Now, while coming out of a couple of years of shadow work, the sun came out yesterday and I remembered ’Life is a Gift’. Today coming across this absolute masterpiece, and while tears are flushing down my face because it still rocks my core, it makes me fully realize ‘Live is to be Celebrated!’ I’M CELEBRATING LIFE. thank you musicians ❤

@@airwulf7123 Mad Mick (real name Mick Weston) is a session saxophone player, and is playing the saxophone riff on "Infinity". "Infinity" was composed by Guru Josh (real name Paul Walden) and was released in December 1989. Infinity was the name of a rave that a friend (Ibiza Hacienda DJ Mike Pickering) of Guru Josh promoted and he asked Paul to record a track to be played at the parties, and then Paul came up with the song. Some say it is inspired by "Hot Beach - Interior"

Just stumbled upon this in my feed and I'm loving it. The original version of this tune will always have a special place in my heart, even if some parts of it haven't aged well at all (they sound very 1990), as it was one of the first dance tracks I ever heard. The 2008 remake never really clicked as it was too mainstream for my tastes, but this version adds the soul that the 2008 remake lacked.
