I'm 60 years and my friend turned me on to you guys two months ago. When I listen to Bat country I was hooked. I've also been playing guitar for 30 years and trying to play some of these songs are so difficult. You guys sound great, so I went out and bought me a few albums and now I listen to you guys everyday. The music is just an amazing collection of Melody chords and rock and roll. God bless you guys

Syn wrote incredible solos, especially on Bat Country and Avenged Sevenfold. They were melodic, worked great with each song while also having a lot of metal influence and speed. He's an incredible live player, plays great. Iron Maiden is in another era. If Maiden came out these days, they wouldn't stand a chance. As their recent record sales show. Syn's playing is up to date, better. Maiden is stuck in the 80s.

the way he added that little change from 1:10 to 1:19 where he changes it from a single played note to three is awesome, I cant believe how much it adds to the song, and its such a small part, when i listen to the real song i always expect the change now lol
