Man, I’m so glad I’m able to say I was fully invested in Fortnite during this and watched every last second of this event. It was so freakin intense and fun just to watch. Two things though that I wish were different for the World Cup. 1. I really wish the World Cup was during the spas pump season and not the damn combat. Just because the pump is more iconic to the game and that’s Fortnite’s routes. The combat wasn’t and only came back a few times and it just wasn’t the same feeling compared to pump switch to smg. 2. I hated how laggy the stream was for spectators. It really affected how it was watched and couldn’t really show off the skill of the players, as you can see the crosshairs not even being on a player when a kill is made. I’m sure epic did the best they could but there had to be a way to make it a better viewing experience.
