Kyle McCord is, to me, the best NFL QB prospect. I'll take a traditional pocket passer who plays in a pro-style offense and has a big arm over any of those gimmick quarterbacks who play on teams like Colorado and Miami.

I heard that McCord asked the coach from Ohio St if he would be the starter next year and the coach told him he would have to earn it, and that is why he left. As a former football player I always thought you had to earn your spot by beating out the competition.

Syracuse had the 62nd toughest schedule compared to 23rd for OSU. Colorado was 61st, Miami 60th, Notre Dame 57th and Clemson was 54th. Either way, you have to give the guy his due as he made it happen.

I don't know about sucked. Give the guy his due - it is definitely up for debate - not sure about wayyy better. Will Howard put up similar numbers to McCord last year. McCord lost one game versus Howard losing two this year.
