My father was not from the same country as my mother. He didn't look much different and was the same race and he spoke the language better than most of them. They are neighbouring countries yet my mom's family treated him, myself and my sibling like garbage. Some would call him foreigner or alien instead of by his name. Imagine how they treat someone who looks nothing like them and has different religious and cultural beliefs.

Rani is so calm, kind and such a cute kid; considering he literally was in a war zone not too long ago. The other year 10 Syrian kid was so nice, kind and mature too but I could see the sadness in his eyes when they asked about his dad. It’s so heartbreaking to see what these kind, innocent kids went through I hope they live a healthy, long and successful lives. The first day of school in Nottingham being the only girl wearing a hijab was terrifying to me. There were these mean boys who kept trying to pull my hijab and one successfully did. I ended up crying all lunch break at school and one of my classmate heard me crying. Jack reminds me of her. She would come find me for lunch and wanted to be my partner in class when nobody would. What a great understanding teacher! That’s so lovely! I’m a Syrian refugee,too and I live in Germany. Luckily I found a great teacher who has taught me German language for 3 months and I was able to pass C1 exam and continue my study at the university. She made a huge difference in my life. I will be always grateful for her and I hope I could help her back when she needs my help. Germans are nice people and I am glad that I can live in a peaceful country. Teachers are great people. 1) Jack is of the most well behaved and kind kids I have ever met. He doesn't know everything about Rani but he wants to learn and wants to be there for him and that is because of: 2) Jack's mother. She very obviously is raising her kids in a way where they determine friendships based off of nothing other than good behavior and kindness 3) the school. The special education teacher is a gift from the heavens and is exactly what I love to see in teachers. Utmost respect for her. Also Mr. (I didn't catch his name) was upset with the kids but he handled the situation extremely fairly. One of my favorite videos on all of KZbin.
