You can actually increase your damage by 30% with blood lords exultation and the white mask and using sepuku on a separate weapon before you do RKR

You can go even higher. Poison version of that talisman and you can just poison your self. 20% boost as well. Side Note: Blood and Poison procs stack ADDITEVELY so would result in 40% bonus plus the white mask's 10%.

Sadly the bigger the channel, the more likely they are to turn into clickbaity subscription beggars. It's because it works for some highly successful channels, so everyone thinks they have to do the same to be competitive. As channels grow, the content creators tend to become desperate to hold on to their newfound success, and will do anything to keep their numbers up, even sacrifice their dignity and integrity for that possible extra 5-10% bump in clickthroughs.

after the patch the highest ive been able to get was 3800 on a sleeping enemy. this was lord of blood exhaultation, white mask, golden vow, sacred sqorpion, and jellyfish shield while the shield is equipped. an awake enemy is 3100

Glad to see this video. I made a bin laden cosplay with a jar cannon + both explosive tears. The response I got whilst invading and dueling was amazing. I got so many messages and laugh reactions just by being silly and suicide bombing people. I can definitely confirm that this strategy is surprisingly effective (especially in gank situations where there are aggressive players chasing you). Downside is that ranged builds like mages make it difficult to get close once you drink your flask.

I love to play that with the iron Cleaver with endure. Endure prevents that fly up in the air AND decreases the self damage. So i drink it, endure then use the charged R2 to run at my oppenent. If u get the timing right, they get hit by both the explosion and your charged R2. An because u dont get flung in the air u can follow up for a finishing charged R2 or so if needed. And boy it almost finishes every time, cause people start panic rolling after that

I've actually been working on a low level suicide bomber build with these things, and my research eventually got the algorithm to show me this. One tear is enough by itself to kill pretty much anyone I go after, but the stuff discussed in here is just nasty. I'll probably be grabbing the scorpion charm just to make sure no one survives lol. The Red-Feathered Branchsword talisman boosts the damage by an additional 20% and should work as long as the 700 damage would put you under 20% of your max health. Tested it myself with just one tear and without the rest of the buffs though.

Also, the guy makes it sound as if it was a passive effect, it isn't, it's a unique Ash of War, meaning it costs FP and lasts for 20-30 seconds. Literally no reason to have it wear off when you two hand your weapon but yet another potentially awesome item ruined.

Knights' resolve buff has been fixed after 1.03. Prior to Patch 1.03, Royal Knight's Resolve used to buff the damage of all sources, including other weapons or incantations, as long as you did not unequip the weapon. Additionally, the 80% bonus damage did not get removed by attacking with other weapons or using sorceries/incantations/weapon arts.

RKR was fixed. But there are other options: Ritual Sword talisman, Commander's Standart (works better than Golden Vow) , Jellyfish Shield buff.

Try Commander's Standard skill instead of golden vow, it gives higher atk buff and it overwrites golden vow (sadly, they don't stack), also the bleeding proc talisma (Lord of Blood's Exultation) also gives extra damage, all you gotta do is use Seppuku. So, basically, Commander's Standard + Seppuku + Dual R.K.R gives me 9876 total damage! which is insane. (PS: I also tested the poison proc talisma, but it seems the atk buff doesn't stack with bleeding proc talisma somehow, but I'm not 100% percent sure since self-poisioning takes rare limited resources, which costs too much based on my standard.)

I know it's late to say this, but it is worth mentioning that the Ashes of War: Endure will also prevent you from being launched after the initial explosion. While this may hurt damage quite a bit - since you have to give up one Royal Knight's Resolve in order to use it - it can help with tempo in the case of a PvP setting where there are means of mitigating or avoiding damage.

Do you think the talisman that buffs damage when at full health affects the bomb flask?

The description says "Increases attack power by 10% while at full health" which implies it would not, but then again Royal Knights Resolve should not as well. The other problem is you might not be full hp because its very likely to get clipped in PVP.

@@kopeldakata Full HP is whatever your bar says it is, if something is “reducing your max HP” luke Fia then your new maximum aka full is that lowered value. Wearing a great rune but not having it active your Max HP is what it says it is. This should work as when you exploded your health was full but then it stops being full. Although I cant test it I don't have either of these.

Dude this is such a cool strat to try, but I noticed you’re sneaking up on the godrick soldier to test the bomb. If you attack from stealth, doesn’t that deal increased damage? I’m not 100% sure if the explosion can deal sneak attack damage, but that might be a good thing to consider in calculations. No hate tho, just an observation

"sneak attack" damage isn't a blanket condition applied to any damage on an unsuspecting foe. A Sneak Attack is just a backstab. Which has the associated animation and bonus damage.

I know they introduced weapons like axes/spears dealing less damage if you don’t hit with only the blade (when you’re too close) & that was a few titles back.. so it’s not outside the realm of possibility.
