If for some reason you found your way here through an idle search and want more information on what to do with Nobilis, I'd recommend fansites nobilis.me/ and jennafans.dreamwidth.org/. This review is of 2e. 3e is better-organized (if you want the mechanics, they're all in the "Let's Play A Game" section) and has less purple prose. The mechanics are also notably different; the semantics shenanigans have all been moved to the Persona stat and your ability to use Anchors to do actual interesting stuff has been greatly increased by the creation of the Treasure stat. (On the other hand, the core's Treasure description is pretty impenetrable. Enough so that there's an entire free supplement of another forty pages trying to describe it in a less impossible manner.)

yeah i agree wit this. basically the main problem is just that the game fails to be clear and concise. the actual game is very easy, its just the backstory and terms which are absurd and ridiculous
