Kevin Secours of course! I learn tons from your materials. I’ve been meaning to ask: if I want to focus on my “connective tissues” more, which of your series would you recommend... the mobility videos? I was blown away by your hip and ankle fluidity in this video, and looking for resources to help me get there too!

Jesse yes I would say mobility level 1 and 2 would give you more than enough material to work on for a long time.

@@Combatprofessor Excellent, I'll have to go snag a copy of them from your site... appreciate the guidance!

Kev I have no faith in Systema as a combat style. But you make me wonder enough to look into it more. Plus all your material is phenomenal. Thank you 🙏🏻. I bought 2 downloads a year ago and it has helped a lot as far as my rehabilitation has gone. Again thank you 🙏🏻 Coach.

A lottttt of systema is crap. I wouldn’t have faith in it either lol. I always say train with teachers not in styles. Truth always exists outside of labels and boxes.

I know that you did the motion capture for Sam Fisher. But I'm starting to think you ARE the real Sam Fisher... Great work as always, Mr Secours.
