Respected sir, kia ye zarori hai k after sampling interval randomly no select Kia Jaye or after finding sampling interval usi number say sample start Kia jaue. For example, the sample interval is 9 like the above example, the first sample is 9. Kindly correct my mistake?

Dear ist sample should be randomly selected from 1 to 9 .. It may be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Apni marzi nae chalani. Randomly ya process krna hoga
