No one is saying anything about the instrumental part in the middle with the awesome sync with all of the samples from those movies. That part was really awesome and unexpected by me. And obviously the rest of the song was fantastic. Cheers!

Unfucking-believable!!!! First off, you guys have nuts the size of Jupiter to even attempt this song. You’re all clearly virtuosos, but even in a catalog of challenging af songs, Honor Thy Father is near the very top on the complexity scale, and you all have to be just a little crazy to even attempt it. That was my thinking before listening. I stand corrected. That’s probably the best cover I’ve ever heard. And I’ve worn out KZbin listening to cover bands, from Dream Theater to Yes, Van Halen, Dio, etc. All the different incarnations of rock and metal-speed metal/thrash, metal, prog, symphonic metal. And you guys have topped them all. I mashed “subscribe” so hard, I think I cracked my iPhone’s screen. Kudos to you guys on an absolutely Earth shattering performance. I’m not easily impressed, but I’m speechless. There are no superlatives that adequately convey the greatness of what I’ve just seen and heard. I’ll be checking out all your videos. Keep rocking, guys!

Alain van der Kaap I saw the same thing. One obvious instance is at the 7:30 mark where there are eighth notes alternating between the open hi-hat and the splash, but the video shows just hi-hat work
