Samsung - Change CSC Code Region / Enable Call Recording & Samsung Pay

Here you will find my guide how to enable native Samsung call recorder option by changing CSC code of your phone. You just need to dial a code #*#27262826#*# in Google Phone applications. If you are using Android 11 first downgrade your firmware to Android 10 with Odin.

Modem updates are different. For example I have better signal with Israel scs. Just switch to other scs.

Note 10 plus original german csc..works like magic..i switched to csc India.. worked with ota update to 11 .. Just don't re-insert your sim card before complete installation of the new csc..after finishing installation and starting your phone and registration with your google account, insert your sim card, it will then ask you to reboot and will start up with working sim card.. enjoy guys..many thanks for the video maker

@@kcgoh01 I did exactly as in the video, just i selected India instead of Taiwan. I had android 10, after changing i updated to 11, if you have 11 you need to follow another tutorial, this method doesn't work for 11

Hey brother! Thanks for your time explaining in such detail!. Is this supposed to work in Android 9.0? ........... I have an S8+ with XOM firmware but I cannot get the *#*#272 code to work, I just get a blank screen........ I have triple-checked all steps from your description to no avail.. Phone info app tells me I have THL , ILO and other csc codes where call recording is available, but I cannot find a way to change it. Tried the other code with 272*IMEI with same result, also the Indonesia way but available firmware is meant for a DUOS phone which is not my case,I thought it could work, but nop, It fails to flash w/odin.... any idea?? Is the sim card-from Israel/Thai/Vietnam option the only one left?

Probably everything you mentioned is fixed by samsung for your model. I'm not sure Sim card trick will work the only way to understand is to try, sadly.

If you change CSC with CSC for the same model you will still receive ota updates but when they are released for the CSC region 👍

You can't American models are different but you can switch to U1 firmware which is unlocked from operators.

I changed it, now I have THL\THL,THL\BGL. What does that mean? Created uk samsung account, it wanted phone verification, added BG one, location in account still UK, but Samsung pay does not work. I receive error it is not available in your country. any fix?

That means you changed your csc to THL and your active Sim card is from Bulgaria BGL
