I was diagnosed with SLE, but my Antinuclear Antibodies corrected themselves. I recently showed my Mother's Nurse, and she was surprised as were my doctors. So was I. I've been testing negative consistently for years after being hospitalized and receiving chemotherapy. I also has a TIA. So far, things are going well by using food as medicine as opposed to drug therapy. I have two Doctorates in Naturopathic Medicine, One in Chinese Medicine and am a few credits away from fully qualifying for my MD. I'm also studying Law, and other topics. I don't know how you feel about God, but though it gets hard to manage juggling life's elements, I believe God is healing me for a greater purpose.

I’ll have to leave the country soon to go to the military and try to support my family. I accidentally typed SLE instead of sleep. I was looking for sleep videos. This put me to sleep quicker than any sleep meditations I used before. I now listen to this to fall asleep. Goodnight.

Yes Lupus in Latin means Wolf ~ this name was started because the Malar Rash or also known as the Butterfly rash across the face, looks like a wolf has bitten your face and hence the name Lupus. So far there are 13 genetic markers for SLE ~ found on one of the Chromosomes and those being 1/ 2/ 4/ 6/ 8/ 10/ two on 11, 12/ 13/ two on 20 and another one found on the X chromosome. Great video and tells exactly what Lupus is all about. Thanks

apoptosis does not lead to an inflammatory reaction! in apoptosis the cell is divided into many vesicles with an eat-me signal on the outside of their membrane. the vesicles then get digested by macrophages. this way nothing from the inside of the cell (proteins, dna, etc) gets outside the cells which would trigger an inflammatory reaction. what's described in the video is necrosis, which is unprogrammed cell death and in which the cell bursts and cell contents are released and trigger an inflammatory reaction.

There seem to be important distinctions between the two processes, Necrosis and Apoptosis, that would warrant a possible edit to the video. Are there no methods to induce apoptosis in these damage cells so that inflammation isn't triggered?.
@andreab18054 жыл бұрын
You can have inflammation from apoptosis if the clearance is slow
@KristinaTheCoolGirl4 жыл бұрын
I think they just forgot to mention that in SLE, you have impaired apoptosis process so apoptosis resembles necrosis.

First of all, Congrats i'm a big fan of your videos. As far as I know the anti-dsDNA and Anti-Sm are antinuclear antibodies as well, so, it should´t be described as "other autoantibody", am i right ?. Thanks for your videos !

I know same! I remember hearing her having a kidney transplant back in 2017 before I was a fan of hers. For some reason I got really interested and started looking up about lupus. After that I became a huge fan of hers. She's very opened about talking about lupus. I remember I felt really bad for her when I watched Selena and Chef and when she does her make up her hand keeps shaking because of her Lupus. She's going through so much and people still make fun of her illness. I think she's very inspiring about opening up about her mental health❤

I was diagnosed with this disease when I was 15. It attacks my blood makes me have the symptoms same as Leukemia. Doctors suspects it was leukemia at first tho because the symptoms was really same as leukemia. And my platelet count was down to 3 and the normal count is 150. I was nearly died. I have Thrombocytopenia and Anemia. Stayed 3 months in the Pediatric ICU and transfused almost 40 bags of blood and platelets. THANK GOD I survived but I'm still undergoing Pulse Therapy every 3 months. I'm 16 now btw so it's been a year. Plenty of medicines everyday but atleast I'm alive!
@AnuArts-244 жыл бұрын
Dear sister, my experience exactly same as yours..I was diagnosed with this disease 15 and now I am 19. I had thrombocytopenia..but my lowest platelet count was 13..so I didn't need platelet transplantation. .. because of good medication of my doctors i am getting well..!!
